We currently do a weekly Main Operation on Saturday at 4:00pm EST, and also do fun ops throughout the week, usually before the main op. We offer multiple billets/roles for example, we have a ARF detachment ,a large variety of Infantry Roles, a Armored detachment, and Aviation. We are in an alliance with other units so we do joint ops and other types of ops with our sister units. Here in the 104th we also have our very own studio department, this includes our own custom helmets, textures, armor, vehicles, and many more! Airport where you're based. Description matches a classified project run by CSAT. The truck is currently on the highway, escorted by several light vehicles. Unless we intervene, it will reach the border within 20 minutes. Intercept the truck ASAP and bring it back to base in one piece. Civilians may be active in the area, use caution. Civilians (optional) You will act as a civilian road user. This is a non-combatant role. Refrain from operating weapons and military vehicles. NOTE: to reset the progress when hosting the mission locally, select "yes" as "wipe the game's save" parameter. then start then game. once you see the map/briefing interface, exit the mission and start it again. now the progress is reset. Version: BETA 0.135 Overview This sandbox mission is greatly inspired by Far Cry series. You take the role of a man who fled this homecountry, Tanoa, with his mother, at a very young age due to the boiling civil war between the royalists and the nationalists. His father died when general Solomon - as known as 'the Vulture', usurped the power from the royale, and with the help of eastern super powers, almost killed off all nationalists. Twenty years later, with the experience of several years serving in the U.S. Army and a dying wish from mother, the protagonist returns to his birthplace, to seek vengence against the man who mercilessly killed his father. Features -A fun sandbox & single-mission campaign and several side quests.(WIP, 3 infinite random side quests and 7 main quests, plus 1 intro quest avaliable thus far) -A shop system for players to buy and sell weapons, buy clothing and buy vehicles at will. -Gun shop supports vanilla, RHS and SMA weapons; NIArms weapons are added but pricing is still WIP. All weapons' prices are subject to changes. -20 safe houses across the map avaliable for purchase. You can save player's gear, location and money in the bed at safe houses; a stash crate is also avaliable at each safe house to store equipments for later use. As long as you have saved, you can just start a new game to resume your progress. DON'T HAVE TO USE ARMA 3's BUGGY SAVING MECHANISM AT ALL. -11 radio towers for players to hijack and reveal hidden POIs on the map. [SOLVED]Adding ACE-Interact to a prop to make INDFOR Hostile

Hello all, I'm looking for some kind of script to add an ACE Interact to a prop that enables AI-features "Move" and "Target" as well as sets Captive to false after a 10 second wait in order to make an INDFOR surface-to-air missile trailer and its associated Radar trailer hostile to OPFOR. I read on the forum somewhere that using setFriend is wonky and unreliable, which is why I want to use setCaptive and disable "Move" and "Target" in the editor until a player (in a co-op environment for context) ACE-Interacts with the "Item_Laptop_Unfolded" object. This object does not already have an ACE-Interact menu which is why I'd like to ask here for someone willing to make that script for me to use in the mission I'm making. If there are any questions, I'd be happy to answer them within reason. For clarity's sake, I want to add an ACE-Interact to "Item_Laptop_Unfolded" that enables the AI attributes "Move" and "Target" as well as sets Captive "AAtrailer1" and "AAtrailer2" to false. The patrol is composed of an infantry platoon backed by a few BRDMs. The expected route has been sketched on your maps. Keep in mind that BRDMs tend to follow the roads. The patrol has just moved out at a walking pace. Your goal is to: 1. Ambush and harass the enemy patrol 2. Once it's too hot, escape off the shore Beware of reinforcements! If the patrol suffers casualties, more units will show up. The BMPs might get involved if we put up a good fight. Be agile, your goal is not to defeat the enemy but to wear them down. The terrorists already shot multiple members of staff and fired at the first responders. They've also occupied the adjacent tenement building. There are more hostages still trapped inside but the terrorists are sending a gruesome message to the world, thus decision was made to go tactical ASAP. Bring order to chaos, prevent further civilian casualties. The terrorists ceased fire but they are easily provoked! It was made by a close-knit group of friends spanning over a decade. Our aim is to provide an interactive story in a militaristic environment. Campaigns and scenarios written by the players themselves and the choices made by squads in the heat of battle. We run a few mods to make Arma 3 more immersive and enjoyable to play. Several of which are aimed at promoting the idea of Semi-Realism. Such as things like ACE Medical, slightly altered to make it much more tolerant and forgiving. ACE Ballistics, to put more depth and enjoyment into sniping/marksman and add the fundamentals of actual spotters. TFAR, for the use of functional radios through Teamspeak 3. Occasionally we use Discord voice for our non-primary operations. But, TFAR is used more often than not. Our goal is to make our operations as immersive as possible without impeding on the stress-free environment we strive so hard to maintain. We do expect every player to think of a primary role in a unit, as well as a secondary role to be played consistently. We do however promote the idea of people learning to focus on as many roles as they’d like, so that roles can be filled at any point depending on what is needed for any operation run on the server. Although, anything other than the two is completely up to the player themselves. Campaign events are generally held every Sunday afternoon at 5 PM Eastern Time. As well as several events throughout the week at 9 PM Eastern Time such as, but not limited to: combat patrols, unit training, individual training, custom events, et cetera. Our aim is to have a wide array of options on varying days of the week to ensure that we can fit most if not all of everyone’s schedules. Attendance is never mandatory, but is always appreciated. We put as much thought into how we get into the AO as we do in the operations themselves. Generally believing the fun is just as much in the journey we take together as the destination we reach. Currently Looking for Leadership roles!!!! New unit starting, must be able to commit time to getting this unit of the ground, The 2nd Battalion 7th Infantry Regiment is a new group that has just started recently and we are looking for members to fill our positions of need. We are a Semi-Realistic group that is casual we do ask that the ranks are respected and maintain a level of professionalism during operations but you don't need to call them Sir or anything like that we all work for a living. We like to hangout and are very friendly to new players who want to just want a place to hangout we offer a ALIVE server / Teamspeak for Operations and don't micro manage your entire kit. SLS Modpack We have a brand new server currently open to the public! On a normal day we run the KPliberation mode, but we often make events for anyone to attend! These events can range from a milsim type operation to something a little more fun like a STALKER theme. (Definitely planned and in the works now by me.) If you wish to attend these events, simply join our discord server and we will soon have an event signup channel. Currently we only have Altis, but don't fret, we are working CUP maps into our rotation! This will take time and we will slowly be rolling them in one at a time as we are only two people. AI surrender script multiplayer

Good evening, community! I have found and used a couple of scripts that make enemy AI units surrender in singleplayer (SP). For example, when almost the entire enemy squad is dead and only 1 or 2 units are alive, they will surrender no matter other conditions. And I said "other conditions" because during the last 2 days I've read a lot of topics with information about their behavior and moral as a condition to make them give up. But this is not the case or the result I am looking for. I need a proper script for cooperative and multiplayer missions to give any enemy the possibility to surrender when forced to. (2000CSET/1200EDT/1800UTC), Its going to be set in world war two in Libya playing as the German Afrika Korps making a move in the area to take the city of Tobruk from the British! First phase of the mission will be to secure a foothold in the area by pushing through checkpoint George then moving onto Fort Solari to secure that as forward operating base for the next phase of the operation. 501st Chairborne Division We are a small ARMA group of around 10-15 people wanting to expand into the public and welcome anyone who might be interested in playing in an immersive, mature environment, while having quite a few roleplay aspects (interacting with locals to provide intel, talks and story among fellow troops, etc.) We're rather easy going and are open to any questions and ideas. Ops are run every Saturday, Australian Eastern Standard Time. Game Modes/Ops/What we do: Currently we're focused solely on having a Zeus or two write campaigns and script missions to make it as immersive and hands on as possible. We have Ops that have great diversity, such as infiltration, extraction, armoured assaults, sea invasions and much more. We don't stick to one specific time period and we move onto different campaigns and scenarios when the players express interest in change. Thus far, we've done a PMC campaign that was in Africa, 7th Cav in Vietnam and we're currently playing a multinational Special Forces group that is currently stationed in Iraq. Welcome to the server: [Co-op - TDM] Capture Malden Dynamic Insurgency IP: 212.129.62.69:2322 This server opposes three factions. -The rebels OPFOR FIA -The rebels INDEPENDENT SYNDIKAT Which divide Malden from North to South, as well as : - BLUFOR NATO forces Who seek to capture the least military base on the island. These three armed forces are run by the AI, which fights day and night. It's up to you to take part in the fight, in the faction you want, each with a different Gameplay. Indeed, The BLUFOR NATO, whose main base is in the NORTH EAST of Malden, are numerous, well equipped, have varied means of transport but will only venture into civilian areas for the purpose of achieving military objectives. They have logistics to strengthen their troops of 100 groups when they are in difficulty. The OPFOR FIA own NORD Malden. Their equipment is lightweight and allows them to move quickly. They are geographically close to BLUFOR NATO and are therefore quickly subject to clashes. Nevertheless their very mountainous sector allows them to hide and evolve undercover to capture civilian areas. They will then establish recruitment camps to expand their ranks, caches weapons and other premises with terrorist vocations. The North of Malden offers a zone less wide than the SOUTH, consequently a territory more simple to control. Once the necessary forces are recruited, they will try to attack military objectives strategically. The INDEPENDENT SYNDICAT are south of Malden, it is a vast territory hard to control. Rather flat, offering villages, towns, countryside and forests. Their equipment is slightly heavier so they can make firing shots covering a good distance. Their objectives are broader, they seek to capture the most civilian and military areas and will also establish their recruiting facilities and others. Their movements are often uncovered and require more thought. They are close to one of the main objectives of BLUFOR NATO. So you can take part in an asymmetrical Gameplay where the AI will surprise you by using improvised explosive devices in vehicles, suicide man, etc. Or to reinforce NATO military troops and capture the whole island. It's your choice, team or lone wolf. Three armories offering equipment specific to each territory are visible on the map. You can manage the supply of other players by controlling these points. Using the Tablet available in those armories, you will be able to recruit soldiers, send them patrol or fight to capture areas that interest you. -------- MODS: The server requires the following two mods downloadable quickly from Arma launcher. @CBA @ALiVE To do this, search for the server via the following IP in the ARMA 3 Launcher on Steam. 212.129.62.69 2322 or by typing " Capture Malden " Then when you log in, the launcher will offer to download these two mods. FIA running dynamic whole map campaign

The FIA is a close-knit group running the Antistasi scenerio on a dedicated server. We are currently just beginning a campaign (04MAY2018) and are looking for mature players to come join us. If you're looking for somewhat realistic gameplay without being in a milsim unit, come check us out. We don't have any time commitments and scheduled events are fluid and not mandatory. I have a life and I'm sure you do too. We are friendly but mature (relatively speaking). You will not be treated like an FNG with us. We use a light modpack that provides for realistic gameplay yet easy accessibility and server performance. This is not a milsim group nor will it ever be, yet we do play somewhat tactically. We play as the vanilla FIA against AAF and CSAT. This is not role play and there are no ranks. The 5th Expeditionary Force is currently looking for more players to fill the roster and to have a blast in the game we all love. We are currently a smaller group so more attention can be given to newer members to help them learn the ropes. Our mod pack is pretty small and easy to install through the steam workshop. We are a casual milsim. No virtual yelling or PT. We are looking for mature gamers and active members. We have a few former and active military members, but we know this is a game and not a job.
