Custom compostions not showing, Friends stuck on loading screens. Arma 3 zeus. Need Help

My friend, his brother and I are trying to set up a 3 way Zeus match (my friend is hosting on his computer) where we can spawn units and fight each other on Takistan. My friend is able to spawn all of his custom composition of units, I am only able to spawn 5/9 of my custom units. We have the game master modules put down with all unofficial addons checked and the problem still persist. *we are using modded units* I uploaded all my custom compostions of units to steam workshop and had the host download them, he is able to spawn them in eden editor but not the multiplayer match. Him and his brother were playing flawlessly the other night, me and my friend were playing fine the other night besides my units not fully spawning in. Now his brother loads in, sees his character for a split second and then is stuck in another loading screen but can hear the birds chirping and ambience. Any fix for both of these issues is greatly appreciated. Thank you, -

Official ports were provided for Chernarus, Lingor and Bornholm and links to those missions can be found on the Pilgrimage topic. I installed some mods famous , but some of them are 0B in the steam properties.. why?

From the steam workshop I installed lots of mods and scenarios. In the launcher I see the scenarios like the TRGM2, but in editor, there is no mod. There is at the bottom right, the mod logo saying " only official mods.."

Fox's Arma Server Tool Extended Rewrite (FASTER)

Intro After using Arma for a long time and having my own dedicated server, I always found very hard to keep my mods up to date. So I used Flax's tool (FAST) to make the whole thing work but there was some issues. The software tend to be quite slow sometimes, some menus are not working completely and the command output was a bit weird. I ended up building my own version of his tool, since it is not maintained anymore, by translating the entire code into something more recent, fixed the issues I found and reworked the code behind. Download You can find the latest release below : 64 bits Version 32 bits is not supported for now. I recommend creating a shortcut to avoid the hassle of having to find the program. I think my issue is clear from this link. The mod folder normally does contain an addons folder. The developer of the mod comes from my Unit, and they aren't too happy that its not working on my system. Things tried to rectify the issue: Deleted the entire mods list manually, failed. Repaired each mod manually, failed. Rebooted, failed. Confirmed game issue as a verfication of game files also did not fix it. If I linked the mod here, I would end up discharged dishonerably for exposing "classified" items if you will. TL;DR: What game modes or mods would offer an experience with these characteristics (I've put the main ones in bold): large-scale combined arms battles with a strong focus on strategy between two or more conventional armies (as opposed to guerilla groups) with a commander role that sets the overall strategy and commands a large army with many units potentially with a top-down view of the map like in Silica to manage units on the ground with the ability to switch between different roles and control different players during the game (for example to take control of AI teammates after being incapacitated, or during the transport of troops from the HQ to the AO to avoid remaining idle for the duration of the trip) where the gameplay is open-ended and unconstrained (no pre-defined objectives etc.) where the game is won by taking control of territory and defeating the enemy through strategy and the depletion of their resources where the gameplay has a strong focus on strategy, and offers scouting, logistics and supply chains management (for vehicles, weapons, ammunition, even food, ...), an economy and resources management, etc. probably with base-building capabilities with the ability to fight the enemy through direct confrontation, but also through the disruption of their supply chains and the targeting of factories and power plants, etc. that can be played in multiplayer, but also in single player to practice that has a persistent save option, if one would like to play a long game over several sessions --- Hey everyone, I've played Arma 3 for about 50 hours and have spent a number of hours trying to learn about the different game modes on reddit and the web, but I'm struggling to really get started with the game. I've already done Bootcamp, Virtual Training modules, etc. I'm looking for a game mode where one can have large-scale combined arms battles with a strong focus on strategy. I'd like to be able to command a large army composed of multiple units where a player or group of players assumes the role of commander and sets the strategy for the team, and then directs units on the ground to execute the plan. I'd like to also include logistics and supply chains management, resources management, etc. I'd like the game mode to be unconstrained and open-ended, where one wins the battle by taking control of the territory until the enemy team cannot realistically take it back, runs out of resources (supplies, soldiers, ...) and is forced to declare defeat. I'd like to play in multiplayer, but also in single player to practice. I've come across a number of game modes and mods that look like what I'm looking for, but I couldn't find something that's an exact match. I've tried: Warlords, but having to take control of one sector at a time feels too rigid and constrained. It's not really open-ended. Capture The Island, but I haven't found many populated servers lately. I've tried BeCTI, but servers have low player counts and I seemingly can only control a single unit of about 8 AI soldiers at a time, even with the commander role. This makes for small-scale operations as opposed to large-scale battles. I also couldn't find a way to request transportation when I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. I couldn't find a way to call for reinforcements when my unit members were dead. This meant that I had to respawn all the time and my gameplay loop (as a newbie) looked like this: spawn vehicles and soldiers, drive 10 minutes from the HQ to the AO, try to take control of the zone, but get obliterated by the enemy AI in 30 seconds, rinse and repeat. It wasn't very fun. I also find it kind of hard to execute tactics with AI teammates. Maybe AI mods would help? Antistasi, but it seems to focus more on guerilla rather than conventional warfare. Invade & Annex, but I think (it was a long time ago) that it focuses more on assigned quests to complete rather than open-ended battles King of the Hill, but it doesn't really focus on large-scale battles and feels somewhat more arcade-like so to speak. I've yet to try (not sure if these actually match what I'm looking for): Arma Commander ALiVE KP Liberation and Liberation RX Field of War PromanA3 High Command Converter Drongos Command Enhancement Dynamic Universal War System Dynamic Recon Ops Direct Action TacBF Zeus Wargame RTS NR6 HAL I feel overwhelmed by the wealth of content to explore, so I'd be happy to get some advice from you guys to point me in the right direction. Could you please recommend me game modes and mods to get the experience that I'm looking for? If you could also recommend text or video guides for these modes and mods as well that would be awesome, as I find Arma 3 particularly difficult to get into compared to other games. Are there also specific keywords I can use to find a unit or a server that offers this kind of experience (not actual unit or server names as this is against the rules, but general terms to help me in my search)? Editing maps and adding them to a dedicated server

Experienced people, please advise: 1. Is it possible to take a ready-made map and make modifications to it? 1а. If it is possible, what tool should be used for this? 1b. What tool can be used to add to the modified map those mods that we are interested in and available in Workshop? 1c. After making changes, how can I save the customized script and use it on the server? 2. On some scenarios I found the mode “Game Master”, if I understood correctly, in this mode just and can edit the current mission to suit yourself, but it is not quite clear how to save it, how to place on the server and then how to run for online play.... 3. I tried to see what mods and scripts use available game servers, if I add the same script and exactly the same mods in config.json, and then run, the mods are downloaded, but the server crashes. I.e. the more mods any server uses, the greater the chance of crashing.... Most likely my questions look stupid, I reread the manual on server configuration several times, went through all available links, but there and could not understand these issues. Now as someone who has played gears of war since i was about like 6 or 5, i've been waiting for a long time for gears of war mods on other games, this is just a suggestion tho. I enjoy arma 3 a lot! And i want to suggest this to any of the arma 3 modders, it would be really cool. And with the new E-day game coming, i wanted to maybe start a gears of war server to make a community on Arma 3 for gears of war and keep the gears community alive, it would just be a really cool thing to have. Just a suggestion tho.

I made a scenario mod which just adds a few things to Everon Combat Ops. Nothing custom, just additional supplies and some vehicles at hideouts and the start. Since the update 1.2 it has given anyone who joins the server running the mod the error in the title, but I can use it just fine in singleplayer. I remade the mod, and copied the layer file into the new world's layer file and it still throws this error. I haven't found anything that even tells me what the issue is, but before I completely remake the mod by hand, does anyone know how to fix this? -

So my mods keep uninstalling, which wouldn’t be a big deal but they take all day to download. Im trying to play the darkgru #5 server. I have them saved to preset, but that hasn’t helped. Anything I could be doing wrong?

Extreme lagging in arsenal/menus/even looking at the ground.

(sorry if this is in the wrong place I made an account just so I could ask about this I'm losing my mind with this issue) Ok so I'm literally so desperate I cant find any help apart from two obscure reddit/steam posts which have something I can do but its a last ditch effort. (high end pc, nothing to do with my performance; cpu: r7 7800x3d gpu: 3070 ram: 32gb 6000mhz ddr5 ssd: 2tb 7400mbps nvme drive) So my issue is that when I'm in menus, my displayed fps (according to Nvidia, steam and msi fps counters) is 200+ yet my screen is displaying like less than 5 and sometimes I don't even get 2 fps. It mainly happens in the menus and I can actually select things by alt tabbing, putting my cursor over the option, tabbing back in, pressing the button then redoing that cycle every time I want to select something. In arsenal (ace/virtual) my fps once again says 200+ but displays extremely low, it fixes when I look at the sky however not helpful when I'm trying to make a kit for my unit/just use the arsenal for anything. I've tried changing tons of parameters, tried profiling branch, main branch, system memory limits, hyperthreading blah blah just pretty much all settings in the parameters and all memory allocators. The last ditch effort things were to reinstall arma and clean install windows 11. Both of those I am willing to do however I'd prefer to not have to. I accidentally reset arma somehow and it fixed itself, however it removed all my binds etc. I am wondering whether it was shader caches or something idk but this is why I'm asking. A couple things as well: - I am in a unit and mainly play with a lot of mods HOWEVER nobody else in the unit has these issues and also the issues happen with 0 mods, 1 mod whatever, it just always happens -At Christmas I basically built a new pc (same drives as old one, just unplug and plugged into new pc) and then I got a new drive a month later, reinstalled arma onto that drive and didnt work. -Windows 11 hasn't been reinstalled since i made new pc -Doesnt happen on any other games including games on this same drive and happened when arma was on my other drive aswell. - i have reshade but once again it used to work fine now it doesnt and other people have my same preset and worse pcs, it works for them. any help at all would be really appreciated! -

Cant connect to Arma Reforger servers

I cant connect to arma servers from xbox series s, i deleted mods by xbox menu, but when i try to open game its texts me about synchronization of data, and xbox showing 24gb of my mods that they still be, but arma shows that theres 0 of them, and often i cant even check it in workshop bcs its texts me network issue and 999+, when i finally somehow connect to arma servers and go in workshop i see my mods and see that everyone from then is 0 bytes, i redownloaded arma and thats still be, i rebooted xbox, rebooted wi-fi, i even resected xbox to factory settings, but thats problem still be UPD: I dont have live gold on mane account, i have it on second account-

Hi! I`m looking about how to make modded vehicles able to be requested by blayers on "light vehicle maintenance point" and "heavy vehicle maintenance point". I turned on few mods with vehicles and can spawn them from hamemaster menu but not with maintenance point.

Hey Guys, I have started a server with "Faster" and I wanted to play Antistasi Altis. The problem is we wanted to play it with some RHS mods (RHSGREF, RHSAFRF, RHSUSAF;). I installed and deployed the mods. But it still doesnt work. Everytime I try to join the server I get the error "Addon "rhsgref_airweapons" requires addon "rhs_main" ". Then I tried it without the RHS mods only with the advanced towing. Then it works but as soon as I want to join the server I get the key is not accepted by the server error. Even tho I cleared the old keys and copied the new ones (only the advanced towing mod). I tried so many things for like the last 10 hours. The server keys aint working and the RHS mods aint working as well. (And sorry if my english sucks. Is not my native language).
