  1. Hey Guys, I have started a server with "Faster" and I wanted to play Antistasi Altis. The problem is we wanted to play it with some RHS mods (RHSGREF, RHSAFRF, RHSUSAF;). I installed and deployed the mods. But it still doesnt work. Everytime I try to join the server I get the error "Addon "rhsgref_airweapons" requires addon "rhs_main" ". Then I tried it without the RHS mods only with the advanced towing. Then it works but as soon as I want to join the server I get the key is not accepted by the server error. Even tho I cleared the old keys and copied the new ones (only the advanced towing mod). I tried so many things for like the last 10 hours. The server keys aint working and the RHS mods aint working as well. (And sorry if my english sucks. Is not my native language).

I am using a 400mbps internet speed but my download speed in Arma Reforger is still very slow. the server I am joining only has about 2.9gb of mods to download but its taking forever for me to join and to download all the files. all my friends doesnt seem to have any issue and were on the internet provider so I don't think that is the issue. if anyone know how to fix this, please help. it is very irritating.

    Server Trouble

    so lately me and a couple mates have been playing a fun campaign that i was just hosting manually, now i ended up building and using my own server to host a dedicated server so they can play when i'm not around, the first day we had it running we were all able to connect and play no harm no foul, now the next day the server decided it wanted to only show up for my friends and not me, and its confusing me as i cannot seem to find where its disappeared to. ports are fine as my friends can see it and connect. i have sat and waited about 15 minutes to see if it appeared but nothing, it doesn't show up in lan either which it shouldn't as my server isn't connected to my home network. the firewall for the server is disabled at this stage to allow the traffic. but still i cannot see where it is.
  5. Note: I'm not having an issue with the base game (all add-ons disabled) after the last update at the time of this post: Hotfix 1.82 ArmA3 vers, 1.82.144710, I'm getting a few script errors. Seems every major update for A3 breaks the mods. I don't blame BIS for that. But some people are saying to go to CUP's website and download the add-ons because the workshop can't handle huge files. Some are saying that BIS never anticipated such large downloads. What ever the cause, I thought the whole point of using the workshop was the have your mods kept up to date automatically. Has anyone else experienced this when adding CUP assets into the editor and then playing the game? No Entry 'bin\config.bin/CUP_D_RadarProtocal_RU/SentConvering.'. There's also another error I'm getting that's freezing the game temporary until the error leaves the screen. Something about a Transit function. Again, everything was fine till this last main update to A3. These CUP mods are HUGE, I don't what to have to download them all again, but I guess I don't have a choice. The only mods I'm running are CUP, CBA, Eden settings and RedHammer. These are are workshop subscriptions. I've tried the Repair feature on each and every mod. Everything show OK for the status. I don't know what to do with this, and ArmA3 is getting to be more work then it's fun. I'm always trying to fix things after each major update. Maybe I just need to turn updates off once everything is working and not update again until everything settles. EDIT Well I just downloaded all the CUP add-ons, added them manually to the launcher options, and I'm still getting bin, function.. ect..ect errors. Like I said, every time there is an update to ArmA3, something gets broke. I don't remember dealing with this as often back in the A2 days. I'm getting sick of spending all my time trouble shooting this game. BIS, stop releasing DLC's and focus on compatibility. 22 years I've been playing this since OFP, and I'm about to hang it up with this title.

  7. Today while playing my Arma 2 OA have crashed and while trying to start it again it fails and shows "the cloud file provider is not running". I can't find any solutions. I tried reinstalling th egame and verifing integrity of game files. I'm using steam, with only "Over the Top" mod. It crashed in main menu.

    Error on steam launch

    hey guys got this error message after launching the game. i just reinstalled it after taking a break, got some mods, played with them, unloaded them and tried launching it again and I got this? "Error creting Direct3D 11 graphical engine" then I close the error window, and get the "arma 3 has exited in an unusual manner" popup with exit code 0x0000DEAD all of my drivers are up to date, not sure what else could be the issue...any thoughts? thanks!

    App Not Working

    I installed the application on my Android Phone (Samsung Galaxy M52) but it's crashing again and again. I cleared the cache and data but got the same problem. However, before I updated my phone the app was working perfectly but after updating the phone, it is getting started to show the problem.

  11. Hey guys, so I am practicing at making terrains right now. I decided to start following the suggested PMC ArmA 3 Ultimate Terrain Tutorial. https://pmc.editing.wiki/doku.php?id=arma3:terrain:ultimate-terrain-tutorial I am at the Binarization step, where I get stuck and encounter a sudden error when I press the Crunch button. Have been trying a bunch of attempts at a work around but not managed to solve it yet. The logs does not show any information at all and I have not managed to google the issue. Very sure I have followed all steps successfully up until this point. My files contain config.ccp and other files, despite it saying no configs or missions found?
  12. Hi all, Hope someone can help me. I have Arma 3 already since 2018 on Win10, never a problem or error. Since a week ago the game keeps crashing after 3min in the game (not even able to reach to the gameplay yet). The issue starts happening since the update of: OPREP S.O.G Update 1.3 The errors comes with several reports as: - Unable to init dxgi - error access denied - access violation I followed the most basic steps already no results, all the options below are I tried already: - Re-install Game - Run game without any mod (all mods are also removed) - Delete all folders regarding to Arma 3 in Documents - Re-install NVIDIA drive + Upgrade / - Downgrade. - Delete and not load any DLC of Arma 3 - Disable the Steam Overlay - Updated all windows updates - Repair all Microsoft visual programs - Verify game files on steam System info: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Driver Version 536.23 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @2.20Ghz 7.85 GB RAM 1920 x 1080, 60Hz System type: 64 / Core i7 If there is any info missing, please let me know I'll share all the necessary info what is needed.
  13. Everytime I try to load into a game with mods enabled I get "compile error. Can't compile "game" script module" from the xbox UI, then the game tells me it failed to start with selected mods. I've tried restarting, deleting mods and downloading one at a time, nothing seems to work and the forums I've seen are for a different error screen or PC. Is there something I'm missing to run mods? I only play coop scenarios at the moment by myself

  16. I have a mod downloaded that's causing a critical error when the game launches. In fact, the game will not launch as long as the mod is pre-loaded. How do I start the game without mods from the properties, right-click and choose manage then launch options command line from Reforger in the Steam library?

    Arma 3 friends cant see my server

    I just recently re-installed arma 3 and my friends can no longer see my servers. We host over a local network adapter and it has worked 100% of the time apart from now. I'm lead to believe that the reinstall has broke something. I had to transferee my profile files to my new drive and it seems to be working but I can't help but feel the profile may be the issue. Additionally I must give the profile folder location on start up in Parameters. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello, I hope this is the right section for the Topic. I have this error on two maps but I just tried two. I think the error is on much more maps and I want to solve it, because the game is crashing to often with this error. I was searching in the Internet for hours and all I found was that I have to find RscMapControl array in dialog and add "widthRailWay = 1;". I know how to add this, but I don't know where I have to search for. Let's say I had not the best note in programming at school :D. I think it's on my drive than Arma 3/saved/Steam and than are the folders who include the files where I have to add the specific line.   21. Hello y'all, I'm very new to Arma 3 when it comes to editing/scripting/making missions so hopefully someone can help. I was making a mission and went through most of it fine. I started the mission and was then faced with this text box as shown below. I was wondering whether it was something I placed or something else. I started deleting things and found out that the FIA guys I placed down were the issue. Some of them were from a mod but even the vanilla ones are causing this pop up consistently. Is there something I can fix to work it out?

So my friend group and I have a dedicated server we play on, and noticed after the recent Arma platform updates, that anything we spawned in that was related to Contact DLC was throwing errors (Error object not found, it also keeps compiling these errors on top of each other), and eventually would lead to a server crash because the server was out of memory. (we have 200gb VM) We also noticed that all RHS and CUP mods along with a uniform mod we had would all throw multiple errors every time we got in a vehicle, started it, or blew one up. And every time we would equip anything Contact related in the arsenal or even open the arsenal with that gear on your person, it would throw errors for every piece of Contact gear/equipment you had on. We also tested this in a blank vanilla world with Contact and had the same issues. We believe this is because of the recent Arma platform update and hope that Arma Devs can look into this and fix it asap. If anyone has experienced this issue or has a way to fix it please let me know. Thanks for reading.
  25. Hey, I have one little problem with the function "BIS_fnc_taskState". My plan is, to do something, when the task a assigned. (for example activating a trigger) To do this, I created a task in 3D-Editor (state: created). According to the return value of the function above, the task is on state "CREATED" at mission start. The problem is now, when I assign the task via the tasks menue while beeing on the map, the state does not change to "ASSIGNED". Shouldn't it change to that state? When the task is completed successful, the state changes to "SUCCEEDED". Is there anything I've overlooked? thanks in advance Thomas
