I think that fix has something to do with SMG's plus with the ACO or Holosight

There is a issue with SMGs when using collimator optics - they shoot higher than the reticle /zeroing issue/

Robert (if not already) check in the 'Feedback Tracker' filtering issues with "SMG" word.All related problems has their tickets//although 'some' problems

seems resolved in Dev.version.

Anyways ..under those circumstances i 'll ask "should we expecting a 'stable' update soon??"

You see we play mostly MP and some-big-servers prefer to use 'Stable' version and problems as 'smg-no-recoil' goes along

Firing Drills - Automatic reload and resupply added upon restart (for lazy Mr. Endstar)

Nice touch anyways, reloading at the end was quite a pain (especially without the Mag Repack Mod)...

Why does the Marid crew leave the vehicle? If the weapon station still functions, keep them inside. They just get slaughtered when they get out of there. It's especially obvious if you use grenades (GMG) to destroy the wheels and they just jump out. It's especially cringy if you just have 2 guys with grenadelaunchers which makes the vehicle not very sturdy.

I wish all wheeled military vehicles in game had simulated emergency capabilities to keep rolling. There is practically no difference between a simple pick up wheel and that of a MRAP. Deflated they're tiny while they should allow for stable travel with up to 50 km/h.

Couldn't find anything about it in the dev changelog, but they have improved the first person view of the APCs, haven't they? I just noticed you can actually see some of the exterior now, which you couldn't some days ago, as far as I remeber. Certainly not as good as modelled interiors, but it looks much better now...

Oh man this is bad on so many levels. How is it that Arma2 ai can better lead a CQB target than Arma 3 which is supposed to be streamlined? That AI surely looked like he had MOAR on his mind than less! And why in the world did he choose to than turn sideways and walk away exposing his side?!? Please BI, in the name of all things holy -don't let this be your representation of how an infantry man fights in close quarters. It makes us feel silly for even planning assaults etc... if this is how Co-Op pans out :o

I get something completely different. Testing the same location etc etc I get hit in the first 3 shots and killed within 2.5 seconds. It does need some work though.

I then went to record and... here's the weird thing. I made it to the grass, he ran out of ammo! Load up the CPU with fraps and the AI can't shoot for shit!

Using DXtory, running the game at 80 fps. Didn't make it 2 meters! USE DXTORY FOR RECORDING SINGLEPLAYER!!!!

Edit2: The rotation speed of the AI is locked at a very low rate, you can sprint around them at point black.

Edit3: but if you stop sprinting they turn RAPIDLY and shoot at you. Seems like there's some "if enemy is strafing" script causing havoc here.

If CPU load is affecting AI like that, then that's still a pretty major issue that needs looked at.

I tried to test AI too but I'm afraid of worst, like the AI is being given a random accuracy every new game... meaning you can't properly test how they shoot and they are completelly unpredictable every time, like all accuracy factors or skills not counting at all. They are inconsistent in terms of missing their shots for the given level/skills. This needs an urgent fix indeed.

thats the kind of thing that needs to go into a bug report, since it indicates a area of weakness, wider then just "the AI is broken"

which version of fraps and dxtory, as i have both and may try and compare
