Hi. I have an issue where the UP arrow is not functioning at all when in a car, or Helicopter. (Boat is untested) But using the up arrow for walking does work. It is assigned on the keybinds for all, its the only key that is not functioning as it should. I am playing on an arms 3 mod atlas life. Other players report the key as working Fine.

Guys please if someone can do a quick test of what is happening with such a simple command? is it broken or what? No error, RPT is empty, tested every possible variant: player removeItems "rvg_money"; R01 removeItems "rvg_money"; {_unit = _x; {_unit removeItems _x} forEach ["rvg_money"]} forEach (allUnits select {!isPlayer _x}); both single and multiplayer and nothing happens!? Command removeItem works normally, but of course, as you know it removes only one item from any unit inventory storage starting from uniform, but if there are 10 items I need to run code 10 times to remove all. It is not resolving the problem because the items that the unit is carrying are obtained from one part of the mission and carried over to another phase of the operation so I don't know how many of the items the unit will carry, but I need him to be "clean" of that specific item at all so the only way is to run code thousand times to be sure - what is not cool at all. I am so sad that I need to create a new topic for such a small problem but I don't see any other way also I need it urgent to be served tonight and nobody of my dudes can't test it on another computer right now so please if anyone can do this or knows the other solution. I'm gonna try my best to explain my issue. When I record my gaming sessions the recording doesn't have my voice when I use the VON. On the bottom left corner when I transmit my name shows up, with the mic and speaker icon next to it. My friends told me they can hear me in game, I'm also able to hear their voices and it gets recorded. I had that issue already using shadowplay and transitioning to OBS I'm having the same issue. I'm able to hear everything but my own voice over VON

I cannot seem to get the custom/filtered list working for the BIS_fnc_garage function. The documentation for the function does not seem to work when I add the BIS_fnc_garage_data which takes an array of whitelisted vehicles. Hi so I have been reading all about how some people can't use their mic while playing the game, I have pretty much done everything there is to possibly do. I have noticed that when I am loading up the game under settings and microphone privacy it says my mic is in use, however when I press caps lock it and check the same place again it stops using it. I can use my mic in every other steam game, apart from games made by Bohemia (arma 3, arma 2, dayz) I have allowed all privacy settings and my default mic is my ROG Delta headset (which is plugged in via USB) My system spec is Ryzen 7 3700x 32GB 3200 RAM RTX 2070 super 1 tb NVme m.2 1tb hhd 250 gb ssd any help would be massively appreciated.

Arrow Keys to scroll Assets Up and Down not working

Hey guys, i got a problem wich drives me crazy. Since 30 minutes i got a bug in my eden editor, wich prevents me from scrolling up & down through the asset lists (left&right side) with the arrow keys I have thousands of objects and scrolling with mouse drives me crazy. If i'm using the arrow keys to scroll down the "play scenario" button gets highlighted instead scrolling down the asset list. Also if I click on an asset, a unit for example on the right it get's instantly bound to my mouse cursor to place it in the level, before that I had to drag&drop the unit wich i prefer. Was this caused by accidentally pressing a key-combo or what can i do to reset it to normal behavior? Please, i need help! -

i've been trying to make a small WW2 Mission which seemed fun. I wanted 2 fireteams to suppres the enemies while unloading from their boats, and that works just as fine, i needed to set aswell god mode to the unit cus otherwise enemies will just headshot the shit out of them, so i had this code embedded into the object init of the unit 1 and 2: this addEventHandler ["HandleDamage", {false}]; but then, i didn't want them to be alive for ever so what i did was, place a trigger and whenever a BLUFOR would enter the trigger area, the trigger will activate, the activation code is this one fireteam1 addEventHandler ["HandleDamage", {true}]; fireteam2 addEventHandler ["HandleDamage", {true}]; //since fireteam1 and fireteam2 are the names of the units Tho it just gives me "Generic Error in Expression" i don't really know what am i missing in here, I really need your help. I am aswell posting some screenshots down here so you can get a better understanding of what i am having in my editor. Thanks in advance to everyone! -

Well, first i had issues getting the unitcapture to record the data and now its not re playing it, it shows an error of an unknown variable but there is nothing in that spot. I'm trying to go in to bulldozer from terrain builder, but when i click on to connect to it it shows my cursor is loading something then it just gives me a cross on my screen. https://gyazo.com/314d942af74f27e3ca05e410c9422ef9 That blue square and plus are where it keeps going to every time, i tried everything like different parameters, making arma 3.exe be the launch for it. Nothing worked so far, plls help!

So i recently made a retexture of a uniform following a tutorial, at first i used the config that the tutorial used and then one that i found on the internet. But it doesn't work i was wondering if someone could help me out here. Note - i do not know how to make configs or how to code.

Microphone not working with an audiointerface

Well... here we go, I've never really made a post about any problems on Arma 3 and seem to have been able to fix them myself apart from this one problem I've recently stumbled upon. Ever since I got an audiointerface (Focusrite Scarlett Solo 2nd Gen) which is running all my sounds from my pc, microphone refuses to work on Arma 3 (mind you that this mic is ran by the audiointerface and uses an XLR cable). My current setup: https://gyazo.com/378b328d7a556edb864f9c7b60ded96a Steam settings are as follows: https://gyazo.com/fc31ffd949f6da9e33195d4f253fd426 After conducting a mic test in steam itself and calling friends just to make sure my mic in steam is 100% functional, including tests on some of my other steam games, my mic doesn't seem to have any problems running there. As for my mic usage in Arma 3 itself.. I've had no problems using a microphone before using an audiointerface and if problems did indeed occur I was always able to fix it in my steam voice settings. I have been working on a terrain for my mod and have been creating custom buildings for it. When I spawn the buildings in the editor to test them all is working fine(Checking if player is in bounding box returns true, AI follow paths). When I export to terrain builder and test the buildings after they are on the map, checking if player is in bounding box returns false and the AI will no longer use the paths. I have all the same geometry lod properties as the sample model from the Arma 3 sample pack defined. map = house class = house damage = no Prefershadowvolume = 0 sbsource = Shadowvolume I feel like I'm missing something in terrain builder because everything with the buildings works fine when just spawning the building in. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Losing my mind over this one. *edit* Seems that I needed to add a Land_xx class to the config to fix the issue. https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/The_Land_xx_class

So, as the title suggests i'm having a problem getting self-made missions to work on a dedicated server. I can't figure out why this is happening and it's really begininng to frustrate me, it's also hard to test these kinds of things for other reasons but let me run down this first. I know the mission works on my pc, I know it works on someone elses pc with the same mods. The Dedi-server is running the same mods collection both of the other pc's are running, however for some reason the "role selection" appears blank on the dedicated server. This is driving me nuts and i can't seem to find a probable cause for this to happen and because i can't find the cause i cant find the fix. Please if anyone can help it would be SO muchly appreciated.-

So after a 1000 hours in Arma 3 i play a Zeus op with some friends and i shut down my arma. Then about 2 hours later i try to load up my arma once more but after 30 minutes looking at the Arma 3 Apex start up logo it still haven't loaded up. I've spent the last 10 hours removing mods, trying vanilla, verified about 100 times, re-installed twice, both mods and arma itself. Then i finally had an idea, after messing with the parameters i turned on force windowmode and it actually worked arma was running with perfect fps, but when i try to change the view mode to full window it drops to 2 fps, and when i go into actual fullscreen the game freezes and nothing happens. Now i'm still sitting at 02:25 unable to play arma in fullscreen mode, i've never had any issues before and it's kinda hard running an arma 3 group with out the possibility of actually playing arma. Please come with some troubleshoots that i haven't mentioned Or an actual tutorial how to fix this issue. Thanks :)

Hello, I recently went on a server with some friends to play and they informed me that everytime I used voice chat they I would sound like darth vader or something. We tried couple of other servers and it happened to all of them. I left because I was afraid of getting banned for "trolling". Does anyone know how I would be able to fix my mic so that others would hear me properly in game again? I have the Corsair Void headset and I use the headset's mic to speak. It works in other games such as Rainbow Six Siege. Any help is appreciated, Thanks

Hello, I have tried to get the radio mod Task Force Radio to work on my server and to no avail, it doesn't work. Being able to pull up the radios work, and getting switched into a Task Force Radio channel then kicks you out after a couple of seconds. Another thing is that proximity voice does not work and I hear my friends regardless of how far they are. The mod is just not working as intended on my server. Is there any possible fix for this as I have looked everywhere.

Respawn Script not working properly

I've hunted around for some sort of answer for this but have found nothing. I'm not exactly and expert when it comes to the editor so I'll explain the situation. I've been creating a mission in which I want to remove the fatigue system which I have done through a lobby parameter. That part seems to work fine. Now as for the respawning. I've placed the marker with "repsawn_west" and I've got "respawn = BASE; respawnDelay = 10;" in my description.ext and blah blah blah. When I die or choose the respawn option in the mission I don't respawn as the unit but in the death screen I can see that the unit itself has respawned. Which leaves me with the option to quit the mission and nothing else. I'll hazard a guess that it's something to do with my attempt to remove fatigue that's causing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
