Hello Arma 3 developers, scripters and gamers, What I'm doing: I'm develope a framework to validate datatype subjects like pairs, indices, unit vectors, unit intervals, rgb colors, paths and so on. It will display in a simple message at gameplay in different code colors, if an validation message ocurre. I developed a dynamic tiny template engine for this FW. The version of Arma 3 must be at least 1.82+. Right now I develope test cases. What I need: I need - as the topic sais - a navigable interactive action menue in form of a GUI Menue. My Question: Are there BuitIn BIS Scripts do to that? thanks, mg PS: In the future, I will finish the development of a FW that can import and export compositions with random items, 3D positions, appearance and other attributes. But first this FW to develope that FW that.

Hey guys, huge Vigor and Bohemia fan here - I've been a founder since day 1, and so I've tried to do everything possible to support the game since its inception; however it's time for something more - I've noticed that the Official Vigor Community is somewhat dead... It hasn't updated its pinned community content in +188 days; nor does the club really engage with the community or reward players by any means. So I, in compilation with a few of the other admins over at DAYZ HQ, we have decided to do just that and create a dedicated Vigor community @The OUTLANDS If you're looking for an active, interactive, rewarding, and professional Vigor community - check us out on XBOX @The OUTLANDS for best Vigor Club experience, giveaways, showcasing, and more. Ps. We literally opened this club TODAY, and so it is very much in its infancy. Often the hardest thing to due with a club, is gain initial traction. So all support, critism, and ideas are more than welcome. Thanks again guys - stay tuned for some give always and promo codes pending 100 followers :)

SILENT ABDERA Out Now: Steam Workshop Silent Abdera is experimental psychological horror singleplayer scenario, that I've been heavily working on this autumn. Plot: “The village of Abdera has been abandoned during the end of the bloody civil war. As a police patrol went missing in the vicinity, your job is to investigate and uncover the mystery of the mountain village." Here are some of the features: ◈ Psychological Horror ◈ Mystery Puzzles ◈ Story Driven ◈ Cutscenes ◈ Voice acting ◈ Lots of reading ◈ Strange creatures ◈ 1-2 hour gameplay ◈ Highly detailed environment Requirements: Zombies and Demons After I played the Laws of War campaign, it opened my eyes to new ideas. A interactive story with the element of true horror. That's when I wanted to try turning the military sandbox into completely new experience. I wished to have released the mission by Halloween, but I didn't want to rush things. But as I wrote more on the plot, my ambition grew and now the project has became the largest Arma project I have ever done. I'm excited to finish this, and I hope you're too for a fresh experience. Feel free to discuss and ask anything about this mission. More images below... Some of my missions: [CO-04] Last Stand - Bunker [CO-04] Last Stand - Compound [CO-04] Last Stand - Town [CO-04] Terrorist Hunt - Village [CO-04] Terrorist Hunt - Factory

Counting and Returning a Value with Displayable Number
nelo_riot posted a topic in ARMA 3 - MISSION EDITING & SCRIPTING
Hi Guys, I am looking at the possibilities to count the value of an object and return that value in a format that I can display. The context is to display currency (Item Equivalent) in a GUI menu, furthering this I'd look to work out how to display this global trade system to each clients local currency. Any pointers? -

Bohemia Interactive, the creators of the award-winning Arma® series and DayZ®, are proud to celebrate its 15th anniversary. Founded in May 1999, Bohemia Interactive released its debut title Arma: Cold War Assault in 2001, and has since then developed more than 15 games and expansions. The studio’s birthday celebration is accompanied by an Arma 3 Free Weekend and a Bohemia Interactive Weekend Sale on Steam, plus a free game for everyone. From 15th May until 18th May, all Steam users are able to play Arma 3 for free, with access to all content except for the second and third campaign episode. Those who would like to continue playing afterwards can pick up Arma 3 with a massive 40% discount. Bohemia Interactive’s other released games are also on sale – and while the studio does not usually offer discounts on its Early Access games, for its 15th anniversary Bohemia Interactive made a special exception, and has included DayZ and Take On Mars in the sale with a fitting 15% discount. Furthermore, as a birthday gift for everyone, Arma: Cold War Assault – Bohemia Interactive’s debut title – is available for free from now until the end of the weekend, and will stay in people’s Steam Library afterwards - providing them with the opportunity to experience where it all began. In addition to the free game, Bohemia Interactive today also announced that people who have previously bought a non-Steam version of Arma 2, including the expansions and DLC, are now able to redeem their product on Steam using their original Arma 2 or Arma 2 expansion game’s CD Key (often found inside the box or provided by the reseller via e-mail). Last but not least, Bohemia Interactive published a brand new video. Looking back at 15 years of making games, the showcases the games which the studio has developed during the past one and a half decade. For the people who are interesting in learning even more about the studio’s background and future direction, Bohemia interactive also deployed a new company brochure."I’d like to thank everyone who has contributed in any way to the amazing 15 years at Bohemia Interactive. The journey so far has been exciting, often challenging, sometimes hard - but, ultimately, always rewarding†, said Marek Spanel, CEO and co-founder of Bohemia Interactive. "While the games industry has fundamentally changed since the early years, our community continues to stand at the heart of everything we do, and together we will continue to create incredible games."
