Vz.58, standard assault rifle of the AÄŒR. That particular one's a Vz.58V as it has a folding stock

You're right about it being the vz.58 but it's the Pi versoin with "rail" sort of mount on the left side. The old mount was replaced by a standard rail mount and it's fixed (wooden) stock by a stock from V version.Here's a link from 601st SFG web page.

I think it happens more frequently when the frame rate is lower, like through out this entire video.

AI clip through buildings, fences when the frame rate is 25 or below from what ive tested, I guess its a script issue.

AI and bad frame rate= Disaster

Yeah Flash is right. When FPS is low it drains AI resources and they start doing stupid stuff.

Anyways, it was a nice video. I love the units and the map looks epic! Cannot wait for OA!!!

Yep. Has been removed right now. Have watched it and then wanted to write an comment about the bad graphic settings and missing shadows and i couldnt. Video private, removed, whatever. News from armaholic about this video disappeared also.

Will you be addressing the issues of bad FPS, AI clipping through walls and objects or more realistic object penetration (ie. .50 can kill a person on the other side of the wall,

.50 Sniper rifles can do nastiness to people behind walls of certain materials.

There are plenty of videos showing what they can do.

I know, that's what they're for. The problem is that right now they can't in game.

In vanilla they can with limited success. In ACE2 you can do it quite often, in fact I saw someone do it the other day and was quite proud of himself lol.

It needs taking down for sure because the system it was recorded on looked 5 years old at best. Not even any shadows under the characters. While I and most of us here understand this other people might not. Keep that up is just sticking two fingers up at BI.

I would however suggest BI do a new vid to counter it, its not gunna be that difficult to do.

BI can't just make one 'like that', the standard of videos/trailers on the officialARMA2channel is very high and if they just throw out some beta gameplay without any real reason except to replace another video with crappy quality then that wouldn't help them too much either...

Actually that FLIR and Training video is made from BIS, but strange that it's not up Arma2Official youtube page nor other press like gametrailers, ign, gamespot ect... Also OA official site is updated last half year ago, we will see sooner or later tho :)
