  1. Hello viewers. Lets get straight to the point. This terrain is my very first terrain, I have ever made and got to run successfully in game. So this is a big plus 1 for me. I do not know a bunch of handy techniques of making the terrain look better. So any pointers will help me out a ton :rolleyes: My terrain is not a 100% recreation of Southern Wardak Province, Afghanistan. A lot of towns and roads are custom thought of by me. Since this is my first terrain, I didn't want to spend a lot of time in Photoshop to puzzle the map together, just in case if my terrain didn't load in-game or crash.     I kinda like the idea of "Eau de combat" ... Would totally wear if it existed... Anyone else think it should be released? Imagine if it got released just like Arma 3 Karts :D

  5. Ok, don't know if this is related to A3 or to my input devices. Situation: steering input is delayed, estimated 0.2 seconds. Doesn't sound like much but prevents me from taking turns accurately, ending up in walls and other obstacles off-track. Tested with my Saitek Rumble Pad (2500) aswell as with my Joystick Saitek X52Pro. If someone knows where the problem is and how to solve it, i would really appreciate it.

  7. So I'm playing the campaign and get really frustrated right now when trying to ambush a convoi in the second campaign. I have one AI with a rocket launcher hidden near the road and I myself am a some way up the road. The plan is that AI shoots the first vehicle, I shoot the last one and everything runs smoothly. Now I give that soldier the command to target the vehicle but he refuses to switch his normal gun until he sees the vehicle, which simply means he will miss the vehicle completely because it gets out of range until he managed to switch -.- Oh and one time I managed to make it work by stopping the convoi so the sleepyhead had enough time but then he also blew up the vehicle I wanted to capture, because now I cannot command him to use his rifle - great -.- Why is there no command to force an AI to use a specific weapon?
  8. Seeing that trailer makes you wonder, if this is possible in a running multiplayer game, how hard can it be to make this functional for the editor? It looks really advanced.

You can now download the DLC and have a go at 14 new Time Trials which were specifically created to be very challenging.   11. I introduce you a new way to control your squad and rules of engagement . .this is just a part of the controls becuase this is all an work in progress. I've decided to make this mod (for me) and for all the people who want an easier and faster way to control their units. I think that it could be a usefull addition for gamesituiations that require a fastpaste command. my progress with project is pretty good so i think i can release this in the next few days (hopefully not weeks ;) ). I appreciate your ideas or tips regarding the design and the key binding of the interface.

  13. i know that all of the other files are in correctly, but the "function.library.tar" and the "wiki.tar" files come up as winraw archive and when and the mod is not working.when i open the archive files it looks like it is just pieces of the wiki tar and the library tar.to make a long story short.i have winraw archives in the store folder instead of the 2 tar files how can i get the 2 files to be tar files and not archives.
