  1. i want to make a intro to my SP game, is there somehow a way to disable players mouse and key input, and the enable them again when the players character is finish with the animations that i want it to play.
  2. I recently bought a Warthog HOTAS and noticed an annoying issue in Arma 3. Namely, the axis inputs from my flight stick (both x and y axis) as well as from my rudder pedals are very "weak" in-game, meaning e.g. when I fly helos and push the stick all the way forward, the animated stick is only tilted about halfway in that direction when compared to pressing the "w" button on the keyboard. Same goes for the other cyclic directions as well as the pedals. I did some testing, and as far as I can tell, Arma actually recognises the inputs correctly (they range from -100 to 100) in the controller settings panel, and the devices work without issue. Curiously enough, this problem is not present in "Take on Helicopters", or any other games for that matter. Any help is appreciated.
  3. Hi everyone just a quick question. Is it possible to add seats to vehicles like the vanilla offroads as an example. If it is possible id appreciate if someone could explain how it's done. On a side note. Iv'e created aircraft mods from scratch(unreleased) before and know seats are done through proxies etc. But just curious if editing already existing ones are possible.
  4. Ok, don't know if this is related to A3 or to my input devices. Situation: steering input is delayed, estimated 0.2 seconds. Doesn't sound like much but prevents me from taking turns accurately, ending up in walls and other obstacles off-track. Tested with my Saitek Rumble Pad (2500) aswell as with my Joystick Saitek X52Pro. If someone knows where the problem is and how to solve it, i would really appreciate it.
  5. So I'm playing the campaign and get really frustrated right now when trying to ambush a convoi in the second campaign. I have one AI with a rocket launcher hidden near the road and I myself am a some way up the road. The plan is that AI shoots the first vehicle, I shoot the last one and everything runs smoothly. Now I give that soldier the command to target the vehicle but he refuses to switch his normal gun until he sees the vehicle, which simply means he will miss the vehicle completely because it gets out of range until he managed to switch -.- Oh and one time I managed to make it work by stopping the convoi so the sleepyhead had enough time but then he also blew up the vehicle I wanted to capture, because now I cannot command him to use his rifle - great -.- Why is there no command to force an AI to use a specific weapon?
