    Kipchak Vest clips with the CSAT uniform. https://feedback.bistudio.com/T150037 The ghillie_hide selection is also broken for it, and it doesn't hide under ghillie suits. And again, can we please add hiddenSelections to all NVGs and Binocs for modders?
  3. Developed in partnership with the 2035: Russian Armed Forces mod. Check them out here! Arma 3 Aegis is an unofficial expansion created for the vanilla 2035 setting, designed to mesh perfectly with existing content. Along with new factions, weapons, vehicles, and gear, Aegis provides a platform update that overhauls several weapons and vehicles to make them more authentic to their real-life counterparts, while remaining loyal to their Armaverse depiction. Plenty of older, cut / unfinished content has also been reintroduced, such as various shotguns, the F-35F, and tons of infantry equipment.     Oh yeah, the AAF Crew Helmet is also from Arma 2, but none of the other helmets are. Also that first picture of the To-199 is from an Arma 3 mod.

    Mora and Gorgon don't count. The Arma 2 Pandur is from a mod I believe, and has literally nothing in common with the Gorgon model down to the polygons. The Arma 3 Mora is a completely upgraded version of the Arma 2 Warrior with tons of new detail is completely re-UVed with new textures. Also, you forgot the Hellcat. 😛 The Merlin and Pawnee are from Take on Helicopters but I wouldn't count them because they're not from Arma 2 and still pretty different from that game considering... y'know, they're armed. tl;dr @Wonder_Bra doesn't know what he's talking about.

    Hey. Can we please get hiddenSelections for binoculars and NVGs? It 100% works - no reason to use duplicates of models for retextures. NVG simulation - its retexturable: Binoculars simulation - its retexturable here too: PLEASE I AM ACTUALLY BEGGING YOU GUYS TO ADD HIDDEN SELECTIONS I JUST WANT MY GREEN LASER DESIGNATOR PLEASE.     Applying custom materials to the Ifrit via hiddenSelectionsMaterials or setObjectMaterial breaks the Ifrit's shadows. This issue seems to fix when you have two of the same models spawned, within range of each other for both objects' shadows to render. Also I think hiddenSelectionsMaterials breaks the glass hiding from damage too. PLEASE fix this.

    The eyes for the Persian heads (\A3\Characters_F\Heads\M_Persian_01.p3d) still cannot be retextured - I'm guessing someone forgot to include them in the 'personality' selection.

    Hey y'all. Progress has been slow but we're steadily creeping towards the next release. I'd recommend checking the A3 HUB or Arma 3 Aegis Discord to get a look at what's new, I'm lazy and there's lots of stuff to cover. Regardless, the plan is to polish the new weapons up and fix the F-35F's PhysX, improve compatibility, and release. 🙂

    The Syndikat camo uniform (I_C_Soldier_Camo_F.p3d) has pocket flaps from the pants clipping through the jacket. There are 4 specifically clipping. Which looks especially bad on retextures: Can this please be fixed? 🙂

    Can we get Contact's 'BIN_fnc_attachChemlight' function in the platform version? Also, can some of the new ambient AI animations added last week be added into either a new module or 'BIS_fnc_ambientAnim' and 'BIS_fnc_ambientAnimCombat'?

    Last update. It's no longer in Aegis as of the next update. It was added since an M4A1 was cut from Arma 3 Apex but I felt it was kind of pointless since we have the SPAR. That, and I don't have a good M320 GLM model for it. No faction was planned to use it either.
