We need a racoon city map with the hive underneath lol

The city, and surrounding area (Mansion/ training facility/ Arklay mountains :yay: ) would be possible. But due to the collisions issues there would be no enterable areas... :butbut:

Armed zombies would also be fun, i remember "City of the walking dead" :D

but this was more or less a joke. (i hope:D)

could be different with armed zombies :D

But Imo they should have bad aiming cause of the bad condition of their bodies ;)

Sort of like the Jam HD weapon addon for ofp was :)

ARMED zombies would ruin the feeling of it being scary, that being said it would be more like playing doom than say left 4 dead.

Why would they be armed? They want to eat your delicious brains, not shoot you! :)

Yeah no zombies with guns. If you want zombies with guns just find alot of zombie skins and when ingame make a bunch of civies with guns and put in their init line "Setface Zombieface1" zombies with guns would be a soldier with leprecy or something.

I'd love to see zombies that ran, like 28 weeks zombies. In fact, 28 weeks zombies would be PERFECT for ArmA2 :)

If anyone is looking for inspiration as to any kind of horror atmosphere or zombies in general, check http://www.moddb.com/mods/out-of-hell/downloads/out-of-hell-2009 out. It's pretty awesome.

I'm more for the horror aspect of zombies/monsters rather than the L4D sort of "lots of bullets and lets kill zombies!!" sort of thing, if I want to blow stuff up I just set some civs up in the editor :) Zombies are for horror and 28 weeks and Out of Hell are the best out there.

Any one thaught about the possibility that the zombies when the zombies bite you or your allies they change faction and gett a more zombie looking face this wold realy make it harder when fighting against zombies in the sens that you culd be attaked by your partner who just the second befor where standing ten feet next to you spraying bullets onto the zombies (he wold ofcors then loos all the gear/wepons he was carying or just simply loos the ability to use them)

Just an ideea for modders out there, tho I am pretty new to arma moding so im not sure it wold be able to work like that...

Erm, this has been long implemented already in CZM or other mods and will be a feature of the Undead Mod as well. 7 Minutes to inject the antidote after the infection or the human will become a zombie.

He will then use his weapon to kill his former teammates *Kidding* :D

The single player controlled character will simply die,

no multiplayer implementation.

why not make a random value between 5 and 12 mins or so?

and it would be better if the remaining time isnt displayed. then you dont exactly know when you become a zombie.

I agree with this, a randomness would add a lot to the "fear" factor. :)

The exact time can be overriden by the mission maker via global variable CHN_INFCOUNTER= XXX seconds.

but it would be much easier if it was already in the addon. especially for people who dont know much about scripting...
