I would guess that the patch will come out tomorrow, if it's ready that is. Last minute issues could always cause a delay.

Hehehe that was with the first patches surely a problem. But as BIS now smartly delivers the patches to a LOT of mirrors and also makes it available on Torrent systems I think it won't be too much of a problem.
