Will i Find devs to help me on my Mission

hey guys i am currently looking for Devs , map Designers , Staff team the whole package to help me forge my Arma 3 Server Based on the Exile Mod , i asked around a lot and everyone says they only do it for cash but i am currently un available to provide any Payment of some sort and probably will never be able to pay anyone . So the question here is how will find people to help me fulfill these jobs and start working on my Mission and get it under development , as of now i am only able to do minor things in Eden editor and i am in dire need of help . what i can offer to the devs is a very pleasant environment where all their ideas will be heard ,i am here to create a place where people can have fun and grow a community together . overall i have gotten over 4K hrs on arma 3 playing on several servers so i have experience in a lot of communities and i wanted to create something similar tailored around new ideas and new headings that will enhance the player experience in arma 3 . This spawns a loudspeaker at the Altis Terminal trader that plays music up to 350 meters. Sound is 3D so it is louder outside buildings and gets harder to hear farther away you move from the speaker. The location of the loudspeaker can be changed in the LoudSpeaker.sqf by using editor to get all the necessary cordinates and plugging them into the correct locations. If you understand code you can add your own sound files by adding necessary information into the playList.hpp and LoudSpeaker.sqf then adding in .ogg sound into music folder. Songs are chosen randomly but the same song is heard by everyone in the area. If you join and do not hear a song playing you will have to wait about 5 minutes before you hear the music becuase the current song was remote executed before you joined and since you were not on you cant hear it but when the next song starts you will hear it because you were connected when server remote executed it for you to hear. this applies also if you dissconnect and rejoing you will have to wait for next song to start hearing the music. Question regarding VPS hosting for Arma 3

I am going to apologize in advance if this question has already been asked, but I did not directly see any answers to it through a brief search (I may not have been using the correct keywords). Would anyone have any recommendations for a decent low-cost VPS host to use for ARMA 3 - Exile server with Windows Server 2019? I have checked multiple hosts, and the average cost I am seeing is between $30 - $50/mo for 4 cores at 3.8GHz+ and 8+ GB of RAM (I hardly find any VPS packages for less than 8GB of RAM). I am specifically just looking for a low-cost VPS to set the server up on, test that everything is working, then upgrade the memory to handle more players once it is ready. I would host it at home, but not sure if my bandwidth would be high enough to support 50+ players (150Mbit/sec down and up, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 8-core Ryzen 7 3.7GHz with liquid cooling, Windows 10 Home). I did try checking out Amazon EC2 packages someone referred me to... but the cost per month, even with a savings plan, was ridiculously expensive at roughly $240+/mo for a 24/7 server. Only reason I am looking at a VPS vs just a hosting package specifically for Arma 3, is the costs seem to be about the same, and by hosting it myself on a VPS (or on my PC via a virtual instance), I don't have to pay by the slot, but rather based on hardware. I am also willing to try setting it up on a Linux OS, I just have minimal to no experience with Linux vs Windows. Thanks again for any input, it is greatly appreciated!- 1 reply

Stuck at loading screen for all clients

server RPT: https://pastebin.com/TxjrbvU4 myself and others in my community have started to get stuck on this screen, the server RPT seems like the server itself is doing fine, this is happening after installing a few scripts, however i was able to join once, had a database issue, had to wipe/reinstall the database and now none of us can complete joining again, and it doesnt seem like the RPT has any player join or leave messages... any help appreciated. 07 thanks -
Hey all, I'm a pretty dedicated player, I don't jump servers a lot. I like to find a home. And of course, if i find the right place, I'll help to pay for the server, if that is helpful. A friend of mine is finally getting a gaming PC, and is very eager to join me on an Exile server, as he has been watching me play for months. I have a list of things I know I enjoy, but nothing is set in stone. 1. PvE 2. Base Building 3. Harder AI (but not insane) 4. Advanced Movement 5. Lots of missions 6. Roaming AI, that hunt players, call in QRF, etc. Ground Vics, Air, etc 7. The tools available to deal with advanced AI (AA weaponry, AT weaponry) 8. Upgraded AI tactics 9. Recruit AI (or pets, but I've only read about those, never used them) 10. Water based missions, loot, etc 11. Admins available to assist form the occasional bug or issue Anyone have these features? When I fly the AH-64 and put AIM-9X AA missiles on it, I can't seem to lock on to a target unless I am really close to it. AIM-9x missiles are supposed to have a range of 8km. I've experienced this on several Exile servers, haven't tried it out in the editor without Exile, but I would presume its the same. Has anyone had success in shooting the AA's, if you so how do you do it? I press T and R and get no lock on tone until i am really really close. -

Exile - Ryans Zombies Attacking Cars

Ryans Zombies on our server are attacking empty vehicles (mainly when parked off road) and also seem to block players getting into the vehicle as well. I have found some old messages going back to 2016 noting this issue and an ai was spawned within the vehicle which causes some trouble, this was fixed I believe. Can anybody point me in the right direction to stop this annoying occurence. Cheers Very Much. Andy. Quick update, just tested multiple times, If I park a vehicle off road and let a Zombie hit it approx 50% of the time when I get out of the vehicle an AI is left in the drivers seat and the zombies carryon attacking the vehicle. The 7th fleet is always looking for new recruits who are interested in having some Arma 3 fun. We are a fairly laid back unit however we take ops more seriously, but we understand we're all here to enjoy the game and have a good halo/arma experience. Crates falling through Concrete floors on server startup

To anyone out there, I am currently helping a friend work on an Arma3 server. We made a custom building, having concrete floors well above the land underneath it. In the building I've made, once ported over to the A3 server, the crates I've placed end up on the ground below the concrete floors. I was hoping there was a way to keep the crates in a fixed position, allowing them to float on server startup. Any ideas would be amazing. I used M3 Eden editor, and this is for an exile server. -
