I wouldn't be so sure it's Xbox. It looks very much like the previous PC screens.

You know that Gamespot has loads of old Game 2 pics in Codemasters' Dragon Rising section... so being in the Xbox section doesn't mean much.

In this shot note the layout of the gear menu

Note at the bottom, under the pistol ammo, there are 12 slots with binocular silhouettes in them. No one takes 12 extra pairs of binoculars.

So it is place holder for several possibilities:

1) A rucksack system similar to Ace but no longer using up the 2nd weapon slot

2) Additional items such as warrant cards/badges, hacking equipment for computers, tools like wire cutters, socket wrenches for fixing vehicles and other equipment.

3) Something totally new

Well not exactly, but I drive a manual so I often only have one hand on the wheel.

That animation looks ok to me, as a 'lazy' driving style :)
