Addition: I want to use this chance to thank all the many, many people who donated their models to us or who agreed to help us out even though they are busy with their own projects and RL duties - and all this without asking for anything in return. I guess the US Soldiers had these boots in Elite, that's what we orientate on. Though they were indeed black in OFP. I always thought that black leather boots are one of soldier's symbols. After battle environment changed to desert those are no longer black but yellow. Now even Mod showing era with black boots makes some green brown. Yeah, Im sad, very sad. What you mean saying "Had in elite"? I thought this is "ArmA Cold War Rearmed", not "ArmA Elite". gsleighter 0 Posted October 26, 2008 The boots with the green sides were allowable in the US Army as part of the BDU uniform, as well as the all-black leather, as well as German tanker boots (Which some of my buddies wore in Germany).
