true, it was there in OFP, but palmtrees make me wonder, of course, it could be on another island...

The island(s) may exist somewhere, knowing BIS to recreate things, like islands, buildings, etc.. in OFP, however I didn't find it either...yet . But I do ask myself, will BIS create it like Nogova, or did they do the same as with kolgujev looking like tenerife? (they made Nogova with a number of real places, and put those all in one map, which resulted in Nogova)

Bad new - In reportage has been nothing about ArmA

Good new - On 22. April 06 will be report/interview with Spanel brothers about their next games (ArmA and maybe Game2-ingame?)

Holy Crap!  Forget Armed Assault.  Why isn't BI working on a sequel to this game?  

Possible scene:

Nastya rises before the sun awakes with a full day's work ahead of her.  She begins to cut logs into pieces for the fire, recognizing that the days have already gotten shorter and the nights grow colder.  After splitting her fifth log she pauses and wipes the sweat off her brow.  As she gazes off into the distant hills she hears a low rumble.
