Jesus, I've been hyping this MiG-15 earlier in this thread but I have to say it only keeps looking better every time smile_o.gif What kind of loadouts are you planning for it? I think it was able of carrying some big and nasty 240 mm rockets.

About the L-410, is it a Czech plane? Never seen this one before, I think.

@Mig loadout:

It will be equiped with fuel tanks or two small bombs, maybe some rockets. I am looking for some detailed

@L-410

Letov Let 410 is czech plane, mounted on 1970 and in late versions produced to the present day. L410 UVP is special version for shortest take-of and landing, primary produced for USSR (to 1989 ofcourse). It is able to transport 15-20 pasangers (paratroopers in L410T). You can meet this aircraft over the world in both (civil and military) versions. Try to find some pictures on Google´s images section, there are lot of them. Some very nice photos are also here:

I'm glad that people are starting to produce more and more older stuff rather than ultra-modern aircraft. These babies fit better into the cold war era.

Sweet, nice to see that you are taking your time to do these three versions wich are heavily sought after in the OFP community. Keep up the good work!

And cam0flage, you cant hype this aircraft enough. It is one of my favourite aircraft of all time smile_o.gif

That Fagot (Hmm...What was NATO thinking??  rock.gif  biggrin_o.gif And yeah I know that a fagot is a type of bean  wink_o.gif  ) is looking really good smile_o.gif I just have one observation...

Here's the CSLA 2 Mig-15:

csla2_mig15_06w.jpg

And here's a real Mig-15:

mig15-002.jpg

Notice how the nose on yours is more pointed?...The blunt, open nose of the Mig-15 is a distinguishing feature of this aircraft, and seeing as I love this aircraft I was hoping you could rectify this as it'd be great to have it looking as real as possible smile_o.gif

It ain't that much a big deal, but then again...it is you see? I hope you see what I am trying to say anyway  biggrin_o.gif

you cannot compare pictures that are taken from different angles, you would have to get 2 profile views if your going to go down that road.

That is the closest picture to the CSLA 2 Mig-15 I could find...And it still shows what I am trying to point out wink_o.gif You can see that the top of the Mig-15 nose and the bottom of the nose are straighter than the CSLA 2 Mig-15 nose

yes slightly but tbh i don't know if there is a difference between the CZ version of the Mig and the USSR version.

No there's no visible external difference (apart from the markings obviously) between the Soviet version and the Czech version but that is not my point...Ah nevermind...It still looks great smile_o.gif

According to Jennik, model of the MiG is done according to russian blueprints. So it is real and your observation is most probably only case of different angle of view. Don't worry Jennik is excellent modeller. BTW. how many addon of aircrafts are only similar to real plane....;) It is not this case, see angles of wings, undercarriage, etc... of this MiG, realy real....

I'm not doubting Jenniks modelling skills at all...Far from it.I was merely pointing out something which I noticed after marvelling at the screenshots smile_o.gif As I said the Mig-15 is one of my favourite aircraft of all times and I'd love to have a nice model of it to fly in OFP smile_o.gif

Great work so far (I'll just leave the wrong angle thing and be happy wink_o.gif )

Well there are a lot of well modelled aircraft out there smile_o.gif I'm thinking of : Hawks C-130, Deadsoldier and NAA Marines F-15E, SEB Hueys,Nashe Oruzhiye MI-2, Airwolf MI-2 Police...There are many more I'm sure I haven't mentioned, but these are the ones that stand out (for me) as being very accurately modelled aircraft wink_o.gif

The most important thing on these fotos and screenshots is the angle of view - focus distance. On OFP you can zoom like with photocamera. And your picture is created with wide angle lens from short distance. My screenshot was taken with "tele-objective" from large distance. The perspective of both pictures is absolutely diferent...
