Paul “Bushlurker” Pelosi (1960-2017) Rest in Peace

Recommended Posts

I didn't know him on a personal level. But it's obvious Bushlurker was a positive presence, and influence. That's something worthy of remembrance whether you knew him or not.

May he rest, or wander, in peace.

CarraigDubh is a fantastic map-one close to my heart as it represents my home country.

I sincerely hope Bushlurkers work and legacy can be carried on by someone.

I've been away from ARMA and the forum for a while and only just learned of this tragic news.

I got to know Bushlurker during development of the Imperial Assault mod. He made a Tatooine terrain for us which we never got round to releasing. A genuinely nice bloke,  I enjoyed our long discussions. RIP buddy.

Perhaps as a tribute you could consider releasing the Tatooine terrain?

Yeah I'm not against that at all. I'll set up a thread later today to discuss options and see if I can get some help to get it to a releasable state.

Awesome sauce.  Let me know if there's anything I can do to help

Wow, I just saw this thread - I've actually wondered many times over the last year or so what Bushlurker was up to as he made some fantastic terrains and conceptual micro terrains (I think that's what he called them).

RIP mate, you were an inspiration in the Arma community.

Once in a while looking through this forum and see this very sad news.

I can't believe it's been a year. Even though we were separated by an ocean I still count Paul amoung my good friends. He was a great person. Someone who you could always go to with your questions. Sometimes not even Arma related :)

To to say he has left a void in my life is an understatement. He was truly a genuine person.

Rest easy my friend.

He was a lovely guy. Didn't know him much but he made some great terrain tutorials, etc. Will be really missed within the community. RIP.

Still remembering the words of his last Skype message, telling me to go on finding my own path on Armaverse.

Great mentor and true friend. I am still missing you.
