Are Burnes vehicles being included in this update? (Foxhound etc)

Lol no, we only received the last of the source files a few days ago. They'll be something to look forward to in the future along with some other surprises we have under development.

 

New to the vehicle pack this week will be the Land Rovers (Ambulance, Soft Top, Hard Top, Snatch, WMIK HMG/GMG/Milan), plus updates with improvements and fixes to Jackals/Coyotes, Apache, Merlin and Wildcat, plus some fancy new logistics/servicing features.

Nice pic. I'm curious though... How much punishment can the Snatch take? I saw you guys test firing an L85 into the windscreen in the video posted previously but I'm curious whether they can survive PK fire... Obviously an RPG-7 or an IED will obliterate them but what can they take as far as MGs and other small arms go?

I can answer this in the round... the snatch Landies  are armored... and consequently significantly heavier and sluggish to drive. Apollo has simulated the armor values across the vehicle accuratly and it does seem to offer limited (as expected) Protection against small arms and fragmentation etc.

 

Wouldn't want to be in it if 12.7mm or 14mm + cannon rounds started coming your way though... and as you say bombs and mines make pretty short work of it.... (eek!)

Just played around with the new toys in the editor.

 

Quite possibly the best vehicles released in ARMA by any mod team yet.  The little details are unreal.  Well done guys!

I just came back on to say the same thing. The attention to detail, and the little features and options are just totally second to none. I really don't know what to say. I'm totally blown away right now.

Just wanted to say well done on the latest vehicles and other content updates!  , am in love with the landies! 

 

I also had a quick question regarding the Snatch variant, I mainly play with AI and was wondering if it possible to get the AI in the Top Cover slot to turn out ? Have tried setting him to danger mode which normally works with AI in other FFV vehicles but no joy on the Snatch sadly :/

just placed the new Landies down and when i go to get in them there is no way of getting in the drivers seat or anyt other seat in that fact

no i downloaded it from the google drive but i downloaded 2 other units which were vechiels and i cant get in them werid

Have an issue with my server stating that CFG/.UK3CB.Vechiles.landrover

 

this is a No Entry when trying to connect to my server once i have installed the mod correctly
