BAMSLAM 1857 Posted September 16, 2017 Malden Civil War - 2016 "Show and Tell" Government soldier testing two new Malden National Guard recruits on how to use a recoilless rifle in the weeks leading up to the failed rebel offensive. The Malden National guard was a branch of purely conscripted men from government held territory between the ages of 16 and 50. They were often equipped with little to no specialized gear as apposed to the regular army and were often only given two weeks worth of training. Many were given more training by government regulars while on deployment as seen here. BAMSLAM 1857 Posted September 17, 2017 Malden Civil War - 2015 "Wolves of Malden" Members of the Russian Volunteer Legion pose for a picture in the Malden central mountain range before an offensive. The Russian Volunteer Legion (also known as "The Wolves") was a division made up of mainly Russian students who traveled to Malden in order to assist the rebels. They preformed excellently in the mountainous terrain thanks to their bodies being used to the colder temperatures, while the rest of Malden is fairly Mediterranean in climate. Many brought their own equipment and weapons from Russia making them distinct looking among other rebel divisions.
