But, I do see 8 people on a testing server as a sign that the Alpha is soon. Especially if these are the first recorded instances in a long time. I'm guessing most of the testing before was done on LAN and not via the Interwebs. So we can only hope, and let jerryhopper keep stalking gamespy for us :D But to be honest, I think the alpha release will be more hyped, and less of a "SURPRISE!!!". Or...I could be wrong.
