CaptainAzimuth 714 Posted November 3, 2014 The map better be extremely intuitive, and interesting. If they are actually willing to pull off something risky, i'd say caves/rivers is the way to go. They kinda got caves in Altis/Stratis, so maybe that may find a way to work it better... You never know. Also... More Civilian stuff. I wish i could be the idea guy for their civilian vehicles. I know all the perfect assets that fit in with Greek/Europe vehicles of 2035. As well as some Modern Asian vehicles that are All Terrain, and even those Chinese Amphibious cars. Come BIS, blow our minds!

miketim 20 Posted November 3, 2014 Maybe at least if we get a naval/boats/diver etc etc DLC one day, to expand on the underdevloped and gimmicky features of water in arma, maybe they would actually, no shit, fix / properly implement ponds and land bodies of water. CaptainAzimuth 714 Posted November 4, 2014 I wonder how far is BIS willing to take those risks. What is their limit? What could they possibly pull off that works and that could really hit our high expectations out of the park. I'm really curious now, and that's a bad thing. -.-#

papanowel 120 Posted November 4, 2014 (edited) So this time the player who do not own the dlc won't be able to pilot the new chopper in any possible manner? Someone told me they can do by using some script. Edited November 4, 2014 by Papanowel

Unless it's changed from when it was no devbranch that's incorrect, you can fly them either by placing them in the editor as player or an addaction to force them into the pilot seat. Strange, I thought Bis was going to lock it, maybe it will be the case once the dlc is release.
CaptainObvious 95 Posted November 4, 2014 Strange, I thought Bis was going to lock it, maybe it will be the case once the dlc is release. Nope, they specifically mentioned they will remain playable with the mentioned methods.
