The scrambled text at the bottom seems to be a YouTube video code. Those are 11 characters long, and from what I can tell so far, the word at the bottom is something like:

FoXr9nmEPIC

Although the last four characters ("EPIC") aren't very clear, so they may be different. The E could be an F, the P could be an R or B, etc. Trying combos right now.

I was sure you had put me on the right track but after some trial and error, it's a no go.

FoXr9nmFPIO doesn't work either.

I haven't seen this much theorycrafting since the TV series LOST

11 is the length of YouTube's video IDs.

It's a very good lead IMHO.

Most likely then with that i'd say it's the Russians in their Takistan zone going to be introduced in an Expansion of sorts. Sort of like OFP: Red Hammer, which I miss. :(

The aerial picture linked shows part of the state of Vermont. Standby for the precise coordinate.

Seems legit!

Now it is without doubt a Helicopter expansion!

Also, VRANA Corp. is the corporation, which holds the ARMEX

http://www.aan-online.com/en/europe/30-green-sea-armex-events-confirmed.html

In that article:

I'd say that Russia is somewhere that we'd certainly look to return to in the future, we all know how important it is to balance our regional expo distribution, but no work is - as yet - in place to this end.

Seattle, helicopters, Russia

What does BIS have in the works?

The description says "Fascinating new opportunities upcoming in North West USA". I just hope it's not just about opening a branch in the U.S :(

Sounds to me like BIS is opening a branch office in Seattle.

Vrana Corporation is the major shareholder in ION Services... Wonder what the name of the video wants to say.

Nice, it's a recovery file for the image. :)

Repaired image looks like this, but I guess manual recovery FTW ^_^.

Lets hope for a return in another region of Chernarus, possibly with a PMC campaign.

What was the "faults" in the fixme.jpg or did you use a recovery program?

Either way, I beleive the start up sound you hear is that MD520. It's only logical, otherwise I doubt HE would have brought his recording tools with him. ;)

Vy0-_a4HZbw

It's not the same helicopter version (MD500), but very similar I would think.

At least it sounds quite like it, including that ticking sound at the start.
