    ZKB's PVP Modes

    ZKB's PVP Modes is a single mission file that contains multiple PVP gamemodes, perks, score streaks, with persistent stats. This has been an on and off project for the last several years with seemingly endless tweaking and refining of features to make them the best they can be. At the moment there are 2 maps made in the VR world (I like to make things hard for my self) and they can be found within a Steam Workshop Collection or on my Steam Workshop. All mission files work both local host so you can quickly play with friends as well on a dedicated server. There is also a server side addon available here where you can create custom loadouts that players can use and combined with mission parameters you can restrict it to only those loadouts or a combination of premade and player custom. If you have any questions or looking for more information on recommended settings for your server feel free to join my discord server where you can find such information and possibly others to play with. https://discord.gg/aGNSztac8k I also have a dedicated server running only the PVP missions and you are able to vote your self admin and change between the maps and mess around with different parameters. In server browser search for: ZKB or Direct Connect IP: 74.208.139.97 Port: 2302 VR Town A medium sized town with parallel roads filled with back alleys and shortcuts for flanking the enemy. The gas station side is a "small" NATO outpost, from it you can see a push towards the church side occupied by enemy guerillas who are putting up a fight all the while IDAP is trying to move around into a courtyard and setup an aid station. https://imgur.com/a/y2fGlQB https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3270028283 VR Suburb A medium sized area with a main road that goes past a gas station, garages, and a couple shops. Off the main road you will find a long row of houses with their yards filled with life. Across the road from the garages next to the houses you will find a square where IDAP has set up a decontamination zone. Hotspot A free for all mode where there is a single point that changes positions and needs to be held to gain points. Think of it as King of the Hill. First player to reach the required amount of points wins. Flag Control A free for all mode where a flag spawns randomly on the map and you must get close to pick it up. Once picked up hold on to it to score points. If you die you will drop the flag for others to pick up and after 15 seconds will get reset to a random position. Arcade A free for all Deathmatch mode where you spawn with a basic weapon and no pre-selected Score Streaks. Find other weapons and Score Streaks around the map as pickups. Respawning will remove any unused Score Streak. Team Deathmatch Like Deathmatch but with teams, the first team to reach the required amount of kills wins. Team Hotspot Like Hotspot but with teams, a single point that changes positions and needs to be held to gain points. First team to reach the required amount of points wins. Team Flag Control Like the free for all version but with teams where a flag spawns randomly on the map and you must get close to pick it up. Once picked up hold on to it to score points. If you die you will drop the flag for others to pick up and after 15 seconds will get reset to a random position. Kill Confirmed A team mode where killing a player does not immediately reward your team with a point. Instead, when killing a player it will drop a sphere to be collected, collect green spheres to "Confirm Kill" and gain a point for your team, collect a red sphere to "Deny Kill" and prevent the enemy team from gaining a point. Domination A team mode where each team must capture several areas on the map while at the same time prevent the enemy team from capturing the areas. The more areas your team holds the more points your team gains, first team to reach the required amount of points wins. Perks Score Streaks

Yeah i know some of you guys here around will laugh me out for this newbie stupid question But anyway here i go : i have stat system on the server, it counts deaths, kills, xp, etc..... now my question is how do i obtain kill/death ratio from these stats ? i know k/d ratio is kills divide by deaths to obtain kill death ratio, how to calculate it in sqf file what is the code to put in here ? //This converts the string to an array _get = call compile _get; //only select the inner array, throw away this outer array shell _get = _get select 0; _get = _get select 0; _string = _get select 0; _xp = parseNumber _string; _string = _get select 1; _kills = parseNumber _string; _string = _get select 2; _deaths = parseNumber _string; player_stats_add = [_xp,_kills,_deaths]; owner _unit publicVariableClient "player_stats_add"; player_stats_got = 1; owner _unit publicVariableClient "player_stats_got"; or am i wrong ? is it elsewhere ? or maybe can i make a new sqf file ?
  3. I'm gonna be crazy with sqf. 🤯 What's my goal? How did I tried to get that? I've tried it in different ways and my best try was like that: Initialization: Up to here it works fine. Now I want to include the exercise to the addAction of the laptop and put it in another .sqf. The Exercise (and the problem): Any idea? If I now post all my tries I think it take to long. I think I got it as compact as possible to understand what I've done. That's just to one range. There are much more in the initializing but I deleted it here because not necessary at this point. I've no errors until I try to implement a number of maximum targets. 😞
  4. Hello there. So.. I bought a new PC and installed ARMA III. After I've launched it I realised I have no progress linked to my previous stats, so, aboslutely new profile was created which is quite obvious. However, I thought it somehow synchronizes with Steam account. My old PC is dead now, so.. no chance to copy Arma 3 old profile folders. Same thing with screenshots. Are there any other possibilities to find the old stats? Maybe it is somehow connected with the player URL or smth like this? Any ideas? 🤔

  7. Hi everyone, I'm developping a website for a arma 3 server based on the wasteland mod and I'm looking for people who could be interested in the project. Here is the incoming features of the website: - Players stats - Compare players - Link an user account to a player ( based on the UID ) - Create a team - Manage a team - Team stats - Compare teams - weekly goals with rewards ( money / vehicules / weapons ) - Experience/Level - Ranks - and even more crazy ideas ! HI, i use stats system with armaNET sqlite database, for counting kills and deaths etc.... when using inbuild revive script from BIS and stats system, when you are wounded and have no choice to be revived, the player death counts are 2 after respawn! i hope its clear enough lol i will try to explain better: for exemple player get killed it counts 1 death, and the revive system comes up, if nobody revives you and you respawn then the death count is 2 for the player. that's the problem ! it should not be count 2 deaths but only one, else if you push respawn button in revive system the killticker will say player killed himself. so my question is how can i fix this ? revive system should be ignored in deaths count. Player in revive state is defined as dead.
  9. Hello, sorry, if someone already started question like this, but I've been searching and didn't find anything. Well my problem is that I want to copy profile information to another PC...I could easily find the profile in documents/Arma 3 etc. I succesfully transferred profile data of my campaigns, showcases, challenges and settings. Now where is the problem, right? Well, in challenges, I see that I've completed them...but the times are gone! I had all the gold medals in those challenges I completed(all but marksman and helicopters, cos I haven't played the game since they were released) ...And in Virtual reality training, all the training places(explosives, weapons etc) are gone too...but those are not problem, I can easily get them back in a moment....yet the challenges really irritate me, because I spent a lot of time mastering them...If anyone knows where I can find data containing those times, please, tell me, it would be really painful to do them again... ;) Thank you very much Edit: I tried to search everywhere, even in registers, but couldn't find something that might be it.... EDIT2: I've finally found the solution..it is the vars file...somehow it always got reseted when i was playin Arma, but now it works properly and i have my times back...please DELETE THIS THREAD SO IT IS NO LONGER NEEDED
