Hey all,

I am an afficionado of games like many of you. Many of my favourite games however are what you would call "old school" with the Xbox 360/emo generation of gamers and are starting to be forgotten and appreciated for what they were.

Now I am not a game designer or super-modder' so re-doing the actual game using another engine is out of the question.

However eventually I thought of a way to bring some life back into these games and that was through remaking their Trailers or Intros using another game which has improved graphics and other aesthetics that will make it pallatable to the new generation of gamers.

My first video (I decided) would be a favourite of all time for me "Ghost Recon 1". In its day it had some of the most immersive action and combat simulation.

There are a few snags that I dont like about it but hopefully as I make more videos they will get better and better.

-Black Hawk Down Trailer or even Mini Movie

-Command and Conquer / Red Alert

This movie took me on average of 7-9 hours of work spread out over 5 days.

I am hoping the community could suggest some other movies to make for them.

Restrictions would be that they have to be war/combat related as I will be using the ArmA 2 game engine to make them.

Can be a game, movie trailer, tv series or just a clip.

My favorite Heli, a big thanks to all the modders, and addon makers.

A lot of this may also be applicable to other helis, and in some vids to planes also.

Currently Vid 1 is a bit naff and is really just a placeholder. Soon as I get time I will upgrade it (moving house real soon....groan)

Would love to help but gunships are not my specialisation. Don't want to give you bad habits ;)

Moving house tomorrow so the next week a bit hectic. What I could do is once the move settled, make a vid on some stealth, NOE flying and map interpretation in order to plan attack ingress/egress, if that's of any interest.
