They're totally real CT. I drive past them whenever I'm heading North on Interstate 5 to Orange County. Let me tell you, they're huge! At night, the tippy tops even light up red!

Regarding the situation of ocean pollution, the first post in this thread has already clearly outlined the weapons, vehicles and objects planned for the mod and I believe that we have made it clear from the beginning that our main goal is to pollute the ArmA ocean with utter crap. Utter crap being six-pack rings and oil spills and such. And now with our new nuclear power plant they can be radioactive six pack rings and oil spills. Which means that the penguins with grenades can easily be mutated into giant radioactive oil demons, or something like that. Sniper Skull and I still need to go to Sea World to make more research on this subject though.

Which reminds me.  Since there are plenty of crazy hippies still willing to swim near there, why not mutant surfers.  Or even mutant surfer hippies!

Anyway, I was wondering if you would like to send me some media so I can post it up for Total's ArmedAssault community website since we've acted upon a new initiative to get more mod content flowing through our forums/news bulletins. After all, Total is one of the largest resources for BF: 2/2142, etc. and you would be sure to receive great exposure.

For the human side you should add a surf board that has a shotgun pointed down or some such for when sharks attack it. That'd be awesome. And then when you surf it should play that stereotypical Hawaiian surf song, you know.

Today I have received some very serious and sad news that our beloved translation specialist (Omega9) is in the hospital for emergency treatment after being hit by a truck. His condition is currently listed as severe but the doctors have said that he will likely recover, although with some nerve damage.

Ha! That's San Onofre, California. I lived by there (still do kinda) when growing up. People surf there because the water is like 7 degrees warmer than anyware else. Take a guess why.

And focus guys, focus! Keep the main push towards Sharks with Lasers. It will be awesome.

The real reason actually is that Sniper Skull is being treated for his ED problem, blackdog was the one who discovered it.

We're actually in full production but we don't want to show any more screenshots until the mod is released. We are planning to release the mod around the same time Invasion 1944 is released.

I must say, this mod is well set for full blown inter-oceanic WWIII, but it's missing the covert ops. I recommend the killer shrimp mod from OFP so many years ago. These tiny little things could swallow a 0.05kt tactical warhead.. Failing that, they could all pile up and die, stinking the enemy out of the area, and claiming it for for all that is cold blooded and water breathing. Just watch out for the Encephalopod guards!1!111!
