Bas delta/ranger update

Yes ladies and gents, the Delta/Ranger Pack 1.5 "interim" update is finally here!

We have decided to release this update for three reasons:

1) To add JAM compatability to the De/Ra.

2) To release Ebuds excellent new textures/mapping.

3) To add some content which was missing in the first release.

Please note that the weapon models have NOT changed. They will be addressed in a later update, where I am proud to announce that we will be co-operating with Earl and Suchey to use their excellent weapons as a base for ours.

-M14DMR has no reload sound

-SR25 SD has a bolt-action reload sound after every shot

Other than this I love this update. The rangers have a VERY nice modeled RACK now. That looks just awesome!!!!!

one bug so far, M4/203(s) has wrong ammo, it has SD ammo when the weapon is not SD (edit: but the soldier is is meant to be carrying SD M4/203.. oops, no biggie)

most likely caused by a closed port 21.

d/l´s from ofp.cz worked for me like a charm until i accidentially closed port 21 (w/o knowing how to open it again), so that i now have to shutdown my firewall when i want to d/l from ofp.cz

2) The DMR does infact have a reload sound (check the config if you dont believem me...)

3) The SR-25 - thats a JAM "issue" nothing to do with the De/Ra.

Best of all they are "Backwards" compatible and will work in any mission that you may have recently downloaded

I have been playing around with these for a while and what can I say? I really love the new models, the helmets are what "made it" for me to be honest, they look alot better now than in the past. Not to mention the new RACK, wich also looks ALOT better.

The SR-25 is spot on, and a "simple" thing such as the new Rangers and Deltas using JAM ammo also makes this addon very good. You have done it again BAS, very good work!

That said, do you want to shag now or shall we shag later?

the Desert Ranger (S) GL have initialize with wrong weapon

the SR-25 may need some times to get used to it but it still rocks(but the silenced versions' scope is quite tricky...)

i was checking ofpec all this mornin.. u finally go have a little something to eat come back and theres already 2 pages in the De/Ra Complete thread... i tell you about how things work. not to mention my 56k is only registering a 3.57 kb/sec but hey IN ABOUT AN HOUR I SHALL HAVE THEM!!

They uh....won't work for me. I just downloaded it from OFP Base and there was only one pbo in the file called "BAS-DeRaW" is that the one correct pbo?

Because when I go to play all that show up are the old units?

Does this have something to do with not deleting the old ones? Also the "BAS-DeRaD" pbo wasn't overrwritten, am I missing a file?

PLEASE HELP.
