Nice job tearing apart that strawman, sychophant. I don't see how I'm being a sycophant, but whatever. I also don't see the argument that mods will "fix it". The argument is that it doesn't matter if you don't like something because we will most likely have mods that will have modern stuff. Using the term "fix" in regards to modern-setting mods/addons implies that there is something "broken" about ArmA3's near-future setting, as in being near-future makes ArmA3 broken, and a modern-setting will provide a "fix" for this grave error. Maybe I am just reading into your post a little too much, but then again you're the only one I've seen to use that phrase. Slatts, the person you were responding to, did not use that phrase. Slatts' post was completely in regard to the modern setting, not the general idea of "mods fixing BIS's errors, so BIS's errors are ok". So forgive me if I interpreted your post in the context of Slatts's post. By the way, I wasn't the only one who got this impression from your post. Fix the game how? By adding said m4's and ak's? The angle and lenght just wouldn't work if it was a grappling hook I really wonder what that might be but until then it is Aquaman with Neptun's trident!!
