sudayev 27 Posted June 15, 2010 Good play by NK. I was very suprised by their performance. No wonder, Nk coach underlined that Kim Jong-il has valuable contribution to their football strategies ;) By the way whats his excuse for a defeat? He can't blame Kim for that cuz he's unfallible. Lets all hope red dwarf will be pleased and wont send his footballers up to prison after their return. Thats all ridiculous, hired fans from CHina. No live transmission to NK. Citizens will only get re-run with patriotic songs and propaganda commentary. Maybe they all will be told that they won the cup in a fierce game against the US. Hell knows whats going on up there ... Anyways a Vuvuzela for both teams:D: ööööööÖÖÖöööööÖöööööÖÖÖöööÖÖöööÖÖöööÖÖöööööööÖÖÖööööÖ ööööööÖÖÖöööööÖöööööÖÖÖöööÖÖöööÖÖöööÖÖöööööööÖÖÖööööÖ
CW001 10 Posted June 15, 2010 That was a bloody epic game. They actually held on till halfway-ish through the second half, when their performance slipped. But scoring a goal, that was beyond epic. And Brazil won by 1 goal! That's a really small margin. Fair play to the North Koreans, they did far better than anyone thought they would. Also, anyone see that deflection in the first half? That was seriously one of the most badass football things I've seen.
ray243 11 Posted June 15, 2010 Down with the imperialist! Go North! North Korea is best korea!

raedor 8 Posted June 15, 2010 Yeah, NK was really fair, that was the interesting part of it. In the first half they stopped Brazil without being very rude ...

That was seriously one of the most badass football things I've seen. At least you have North Korea to support. For us here in Brazil, it was a terrible game to watch. In the second half things improve a little though. Our particularlly well-dressed coach even did what everyone wanted: putting the team to play the 4-3-3. But Brazil weren't able to recompose the defence in time and conceded the epic goal. We are really dumber than him.:( A few good things though: I skipped work, got drunk, and now I have my very own vuvuzela to support Brazil More of the same awaits, on Sunday! Oh, and congratulations to North Korea, they played really well!:292:
maddogx 13 Posted June 16, 2010 its about time ronaldo got booked for his divingcheating ****** I was thinking the same thing. He really goes down at the slightest touch, doesn't he? It's pretty obvious on replays, but somehow he always makes it look real enough for the ref. Fair play that certainly ain't.
jeza 5416 Posted June 16, 2010 To be honest watching Hon Vs Chilie at the moment and its been the best game so far for me, and that Sanchez is a fantastic player, ooo what a save by the Hon keeper point blank just now! Very good game id suggest anyone who miss's this watch the highlights :)
txalin 2 Posted June 16, 2010 Spain as always touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching, and touching until they found the hole on and swiss defence... Thunderbird 0 Posted June 16, 2010 Congrats Switzerland! What a wonderful defence ! The referees seemed kind of pro-Spanish but despite that, the Swiss were strong enough to keep it up until the end... What now? seems that Germany is actually the only serious candidate for the world cup's finals... Hehe, sounds quite promising Regards, TB
roberthammer 582 Posted June 16, 2010 I see this - Argentina vs Germany - it will be cool match :)
sudayev 27 Posted June 16, 2010 What a sensational game! Swiss did great and it's possible to beat Spain! They did this despite that crooked referee Webb leaning towards Spain. 5m20sec extra time, WTF? Corner, 15 sec before the final whistle ?!?! That's Webb, dammit. I remember Euro 2008 (Poland-Austria) when he awarded Austria a penalty with less than one minute left in stoppage time! Good job Switzerland for a double win (Spain and Webb). NoRailgunner 0 Posted June 16, 2010 FIFA takes action vs woman who wear orange minidresses http://www.rnw.nl/english/bulletin/row-over-dutch-world-cup-skirts reminds me on a radio interview were FIFA said they are expecting to make 2-3 billion Euro profit with WorldCup 2010. Best match in first round could be Portugal vs Brasil at least I like to see a creative-offensive match.
Thunderbird 0 Posted June 16, 2010 Yup, that Webb dude should be taken out from the competition... His behavior does not only go against the team in question but against the competition itself as it affects the whole thingie... Argentina vs Germany Or France vs Germany : -p
