Yoma 0 Posted July 13, 2009 AddonSync2009, using gslist. Needs to be fixed a bit though (v1.2 needs to be added to the version list etc). It also has saveable filters, a favorites list, launch/monitor game capabilities and lots of other features.

I.like.Pwnies 10 Posted August 16, 2009 shame that they dont show what kind of mods are signed, this is a horrible game design issue, just like not been able to set servers on a favourite list.
Dwarden 1125 Posted August 16, 2009 shame that they dont show what kind of mods are signed, this is a horrible game design issue, just like not been able to set servers on a favourite list. because you can use signatures in multiple ways per file (e.g. key only at ABC.pbo) per group of files (e.g. ABCD.pbo and ABCDE.pbo) e.g. all addons from addon maker XYZ and this may be depending on content of file or multiple files so You can allow e.g. only latest version of addon or all versions of addon ... that's why it's nearly impossible to share information about signatures use cause even if e.g.: + it could be possible to share ALL filenames inside Keys directory but that would on addon heavy servers be more than 1k characters (128 average) then still it tells nothing about what exactly it allows (just roughly informative)
Yoma 0 Posted September 13, 2009 The keys system implementation is great. The only thing it may lack I think is some client side feedback. Like A messagebox "You where kicked because you use blabla.pbo,dada.pbo,.." + a button "Open list of disallowed addons". This way users could actively look for what they did wrong, regardless of server settings. Another route would be to actively negotiate with the server the addons needed to connect. But i think that would require massive engine changes.
Dwarden 1125 Posted September 14, 2009 list of the addons causing kick should be saved into arma2.rpt file ... tho i think it's not complete if the line exceeds 1023 chars ..
Yoma 0 Posted September 15, 2009 list of the addons causing kick should be saved into arma2.rpt file ... tho i think it's not complete if the line exceeds 1023 chars .. The problem is exactly the kind of user to get kicked for missing addons is the kind of user unable to find the arma.rpt file ;) Ah yes another button for AddonSync: open Arma.rpt! :-)

{SAS}Silentkiller 0 Posted November 3, 2009 Is there any progress on either having remote admin control or more than one admin on a server at one time?
syntax 10 Posted December 18, 2009 Is there any progress on either having remote admin control or more than one admin on a server at one time? that would be intresting
pchaxor 0 Posted January 16, 2010 (edited) Debbie downer here... - I dont think rcon for ArmA 2 will happen since there is really no need for it. (You all should list WHY one needs not be on a server to admin it? Is that worth the time/funding to dev it? - perhaps this needs to be a community mod?) - I also think that an rcon module for ArmA 2 would get hacked pretty dang quickly. (think about all the hack groups that would love that kind of access to your server) I will now exit stage left with all my negativity ... lol Edited January 16, 2010 by pchaxor
$able 2 Posted February 17, 2010 RCon functionality is now provided by BattlEye: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=95454. :)

I filtered it to show Playing, Waiting and Only Dedicated Servers and some of the 1.52 servers show up. And then I arrange them with the version tab.. Dwarden 1125 Posted July 4, 2010 ARMA 2: OA support soon to come into HLSW http://www.hlsw.org/hlsw/supported_games/ RCON features maybe bit later than server listing ---------- Post added at 00:43 ---------- Previous post was at 00:43 ---------- Well I did see a few 1.52 servers right after reading this post but again theyre not showing up anymore..
