I was just wondering if anyone had made an addon that included a plane that goes unimaginably fast and does not have to be realistic in any way. If it exists or it is possible to be created please reply.

You could tweak most jet addons to get faster, it's just how fast, and remember arma2 maps arn't that big even when going 900 - 1000 at say 2500 you'll be off the maps in a about 5 -10 secs

can someone please make a type 45 destroyer if at all possible as there is a decided lack of ships on the game and as the navy is a large part of the armed forces I think it only fit that they should get some decent troops.

I'd love to see a project that expands upon the UN Peacekeepers, making all the vehicles in the game come in a UN scheme. As fun as it is to have M113s or numerous Russian-made vehicles drive around in white, I'd love to see a greater variety in equipment available to them.

Maybe a greater variety in UN soldiers too, so that they all don't look like they're from a former Soviet-controlled Central Asian nation.

Is there a mod that changes the FOV? I can use the ingame feature to zoom out but it zooms out way too far.

SLX mod has an FOV addon with it, although I don't know if that's what you are looking for. SLX is modular, so most features you won't need and could probably just use the FOV.pbo's.

I would like to see the Future Force Warrior in both ACU and Multicam.

As for me i would prefer to see older equipment. I would like to see BIS adding Mig-17 and Mig-21 for OPFOR Air Forces, these are planes that are suitable for forces like the Takistani Army

Hey the government cannot control what mod makers add to ARMA II/OA(As long as it doesn't breach some kind of Copy right), hell we have Comanche addon available in ARMA II and the Comanche was cancelled 3 years before ARMAI was released. Who says we can't have a Land Warrior or a British Soldier with FIST in ARMA II as well?
