Common, release the mod sad_o.gif

we are in beta stage, though we are still hoping for Locke's final version, if the delay of it will be unexpected long we might skip that idea and release when we are sure that no bugs are left in it smile_o.gif

im sure with one ffur version there was a skeleton pack

they had varios types like heavy armour, rags , and just bare

skeleton packs ? like zombie packs cause i thought one of the main ideas of ffur was to add more realism to the game not take it all a way by adding skeletons with machine guns unless i got the wrong idea.

if you surrender as soldier you'll have to wait to get rescued , it can take a while , better to have to avoid the activate the surrender action , use it only if you feel yourself unable to continue the combat or all your team mates are dead.

sorry but unfortunately you'll have to kill the surrendered soldiers , we've tried to find alot of ways to avoid this but we're still without any satisfating result.

-Simulate death : if you're wounded then you can simulate death, the ennemy will see that you've blood on your uniform then will stop firing on you but if you desactivate simulating death then the ennemy will immediately open fire on you cuz he sees you moving.

*Soldiers talk while combats :

-If you fire on a team mate , he'll ask you what are you doing

-if your soldiers notice ennemy activities , they'll report you

-they'll shout if they're wounded

-they'll insult the ennemy

-they'll panic while combats and get dispersed if they've alot of casualties.

and more ,even US soldiers talk english , Soviets talk russian and resistance talk english too.

*Firing methods have been also improved , so that means that soldiers will use single fire on the ennemy at 500 meters.burst fire at 300 meters and will panic and open fire using the FULL auto mod at 100 meters.

All these futures have been tested more than once while a months , and they perfectly work, we hope that you'd like it.

the FFUR 5.0 woodland pack should be ready very soon.

does this mean you are releasing the pack as a woodland one then a desert and a snow seperately or do you mean woodland part of the full thing

and a while bac you say less addons will be used than eecp or y2k3

how is this possible if youre including desert and snow units.

But still cant wait are you any closer to an aproximate time

very nice additions to bring it a step closer to realism, the shooting of the prisoners is a little harsh, you should work on a different solution, should be possible by letting the prisoner join a civilian group once all others are either dead/fleeing/prisoners, this should trick the missions to end

(well for this solution a civilian must always be present on the map with the same group definition so this wont do the mod any good after all, well it was just a thought anyway, from the mission makers point of view wink_o.gif )

Won't this result in a whole bunch of stuff clogging up the action menu?

When I was playing Blackop missions using the FFUR 4.5 Mod, I found it a bit tricky sometimes to use myself of the action menu to get in stuff and so on, with all the commands and stuff.

I don't know if you already thought of this, but maybe it would be possible to place some actions further down, so the "Get in" actions and important stuff remains easily accessible.

This all sounds great, I'm Really looking forward to this Desert/Winter thing. xmas_o.gif

I am also looking forward to the desert/winter configs. I would like to make another request however. Could a config be made that would replace units and vehicles with the best of the USMC addons that are available?

I don't know if you already thought of this, but maybe it would be possible to place some actions further down, so the "Get in" actions and important stuff remains easily accessible.

the user actions are placed in order they are available.

for instance if the script adds a user action like "simulate death" when your at 50% then the action is placed last in order. therefore will be on top of all other actions.

reload magazine is on top since its added last. but default actions like get in and stuff.. they are there by default just "hidden" so theres no way known to rearrange which ones get priority (top of the list)

Speaking of action menus, have you sorted the problem with the Black Ops hand signals? You can acces the other player's or bot's hand signal menu from your own.

some of the weapons WILL dammage their own soldiers. if the weapon muzzle is close enough to the left hand and if u're fireing in lower than -10 gredes or something.

and so on but also what do you have to respect the enemy there killing your men why would you respect them?

But Ai insulting the enemy it shouldnt be all the time though if your a black op and you hear a team mate shout "Screw you" or something like that it wouldnt be that realistic but if your pinned down it would add to the atmosphere is supose

Heheheheh stealth...... if YOU knew ANYTHING about the military, you would know that having "respect" for your enemy means "DON'T UNDERESTIMATE YOUR ENEMY"  not avoiding being a nasty person towards them.... SPAZ...  other than that, i don't think you live in the real world son. Yes they should should "oh sorry old chap! I didn't mean to kill you because i respect you as a decent human being".... give me a break.

Yeah i think its right but in combat are you shouting to the enemy:

Hey, you bastard! Here i am come and get some ? I think they have to do more important things like not gettin killed and stuff like this.

well when your returnin fire your bound to sart shouting and swearing if not at the enemy thenyou will end up shouting atleast
