dusand 0 Posted June 6, 2004 I don't like word 'celebrities'. I apprecite the work of everyone who tries to make OFP better - addonmakers, missionmakers, mods, programmers, betatesters, islandmakers, newsposters, etc. It is impossible to name all good active people, so I will name noone. Ex-RoNiN 0 Posted June 6, 2004 BAS for having the cheek to break BIS copyright even when told not to, and managing not to get sued over it. A warning to everyone - if anyone decides to go off on a rant, or start a debate, this thread will get closed. I don't want to see any other flame baiting in this thread. theavonlady 2 Posted June 6, 2004 Wow! Did I just dig up an old OFP team ghost site from the crypt! 60th Guards Motor Rifle Division Anyone remember them? Or course, there was also AxleOnline. Anyone else remember the Urban66 team? Or OFP Base, in Germany? And for those that don't know it, I believe the founder of the Invasion 1944 mod was Ashkan. And some old mission makers, luke Duma, Tobbeee, Devilchaser and, of course, Phaeden.
-ZG-BUZZARD 0 Posted June 6, 2004 Why not also mention Sebastian Müller... off-road traveling would not be the same without his buggys, Nor those cool CAF Monster Trucks... And of course philcommando's things add spice... and I'll mention Kegetys and Col. Klink again... and Footmunch, Trenchfeet, Bratty, Vit, and the list goes on and on... But I wouldn't be a good portuguese if I wouldn't mention Mig2003!!!

SpeedyDonkey 0 Posted June 6, 2004 Long time forum member Wobble! I just though of something! Some on should collect all these guys. Such as Wobble, krusty, Moo cow etc etc etc. Then open a special topic for spam for 24 hours. And have a reunion! It is also a good way to increase awareness of ofp2. What a grate idea! SpeedyDonkey 0 Posted June 6, 2004 SpeedyDonkey’s list... Big thanks to all of the hardworking addon creators, mission editors and happy spammers of this forum. (you know who you are) Also, special thanks for taking time and helping me: RED - For help in the mission editing forum and "beta" testing a (crappy) mission ;-) The AvonLady - For beta testing another (semi crappy) mission. (Got better thanks to the help though). Oh and the FAQ! Bn880 - For helping me in the mission editing forum with various stuff. MisterFrag - For helping me with various computer related questions. All of the moderatos – For being nice to me, even though I get somewhat overexcited at times. Plus all the people from the GameSpy era! That was where I first got in touch with the actual ofp community. Particularly a guy Finnish guy called Elemenz. He is a good guy that introduced me into mission and cutscene editing and was a fun guy to play with. Oh and every one else that I happened to forget.

Winters 1 Posted June 6, 2004 Awwww, you guys like me, you really, really like me. >GroupHug< I would say that all of us still on the forum and playing OFP after 3 years are "celebrities" And let us not forget "Fluffy Bunny"
monty67t 0 Posted June 6, 2004 There are so many. A few that stand out to me are: Everyone at BAS Everyone at FDF The Digital Grenade crew The guys at OFP.Info Rhodite from GOTF for his interviews Angus and his team from War Games Laser and his buddies Jackal and the SJB crew I could list many more. A big thanks to all of the upstanding citizens in the community who contribute to these and other forums, news sites, and the community as a whole. The community has somewhat shrunk as of late and it's good to see the dedicated community members still hungry for OFP. Even after OFP2 comes out, there will never be a game quite like this. The depth and just unlimited things you can do with the engine from RTS to CTI and so on. I feel this game has altered military gaming forever. Thanks to all!
