To make this clear, this thefting has to stop once and for all!

We DO NOT use their models, even if i would agree that the models Laser made are ORCS property.

They belong to their maker, LASER.

But no worries, we already remade 90% of the models, so i ask ORCS, or we may better say Denorc to stop this shit once and for all.

Were not ehre for competion were here cause we have fun with what we do and we dont wanna have our fun spoilt by such bullshit.

Denorc has no right to claim RHS models as his own. This is total bullshit and it brings down the entire OFP community. I gave ORCS the rights to use some models, but that does not mean that RHS are using their property, since I've reworked the models for RHS.

The bad thing is, that i don't know the "whole story", but stealing other peoples work is really a very bad and unfair kind of acting! People are spending their freetime with working for Mods or the Community and acts like this will in the worse case stop them doing it.

Laser and Shadow have worked for soooo long and have been perfecting the units up to this day puting sooooooooo much effort into it. Seeing their work being on other units before we even got to show u ours is quite infuriating, but one thing first: we are not gonna quit or anything, now its personal and gonna drive us further.

I am not claiming that, we have as of yet no information how our addons were leaked THIS time. I do know however that some unauthorised people did infact have access to our old FTP, this means that it is feasible that ths could be true.

So, again the models are made by Laser originally, so the intellectual copyright is up to Laser

Laser speaked , and again -as the original maker of the models-, his words are not to be discussed on that matter.

So, it is a simple end of the story, this has to stop.

All this addons makers are making good job to bring us more gaming pleasure, it is a pity that such stories continue to pop up.

Having watched these units in development, and eagerly anticipating a public release as much as the public (Because we all love community-made missions #2 reason to visit OFPEC in my books), and then this, which brings up ANOTHER delay in release, that's just frustrating. Gah.

Sorry to see this affair still going on, after all that was discussed and debated...

To be openly honest and frank, there is only one way to sort this mess out, and that would be by any theft being openly admited. Seeing as you are all sticking by your guns, then there can be no deffinate answer, like it or not.

Leaks/theft etc happen to Mods... its not uncommon. Nothing dismays you more than hearing that something you've put your time and effort into have been picked up by someone who can only be described as lazy and can't be bothered to make his own things... but you've got to live with it... take it as a compliment if you will - your stuff is THAT good they deem it good enough to risk stealing and trying to con off as their own...

end of the day guys, everyone can respect and appreciate a hard working mod/addon maker... even if his work is used without consent, does it detract from the overall release? yes and no... if the theft is recognised yet the addon maker carries on full in the knowledge he created an amazing addon, then it affects nothing, and the community will silently condem the offenders. If, however, it bursts out into an all out war with both sides, quite frankly, throwing their toys out of the pram at the slightest provocation - both of you are at a loss... what have you gained.. naff all...

think for a moment... this has achieved bollocks all - slate me all you want... we've all made our minds up on this one, so why drag it through the mud one more time...

RHS... guys, i've watched your mod grow from strength to strength, and had the pleasure of working with some of you through UKF - don't take my comments personally, but heed the fact that you are one of the best addon teams in the community - carry on your great work and the results will show - no1 will care who stole what if you're churning out addons of such high quality - I know you feel cheated and attacked personally by any theft that may have occured (trust me, been there, felt like killing something) but you're all better than this... keep it going lads

Youre absolutely right, but i have to say its not the stolen texture ( wich wasnt too great anyway ) its more the feeling that i may see some other beta stuff we are working on released in future.

Not so cool to browse OFP pages and see something that should not be there at all

From what I've seen, Denorc comes across as having personal issues such as a big lack of self confidence and thats what's driving this whole thing.
