raedor 8 Posted September 29, 2004 I also love how non russians seem to have the only right opinion how Russian AK must look i'm not russian - yes. but i influenced the appearance of our weapons in no way. we have our own (russian) researchers who said how they have to look. here you see the results (that's what RHS_Weap_v0.11.pbo will be containig): a folded AKMS. a folded AKS-74. a AKS-74. © mr. burns 2004. the sizes on these pics are not correct

Peter_13 0 Posted September 29, 2004 Very bad that you really don't know how real Russian weapons look like. I see a mixture of AKM, AKS-74 and Romanian AK-74 variant. No real AKMS or AKS-74.
raedor 8 Posted September 29, 2004 Very bad that you really don't know how real Russian weapons look like. I see a mixture of AKM, AKS-74 and Romanian AK-74 variant. No real AKMS or AKS-74. so please post which important things are wrong... maybe we'll take a look on your list before the releases after v0.11. but i take every bet that then another guy pops up and says that this weapon has no, no and never any similarities with a russian ak... sv5000 127 Posted September 29, 2004 By conducting extensive research I can say conclusivly that they are: . . . . Guns Looks great guys.. Go RHS!
Peter_13 0 Posted September 29, 2004 1) AKMS is underfolder, not a sidefolder as AKS-74. So stock is competely wrong. Pics of AKMS: http://www.avtomats-in-action.com/pro20.html 2) Russian AKS-74 has diferent gas block and front sight block. Your model is Romanian AK-74 with russian furniture and russian type sidefolder, which is not folded correctly at your model too. Look at Romanian here : http://www.avtomats-in-action.com/pro19.html The stock on AKS-74 is nearly the same as on AKS-74U. Look how it must fold: http://tantal.kalashnikov.guns.ru/pro15.html
raedor 8 Posted September 29, 2004 nice. ok, folding stock of zhe AKMS will be changed in later releases. but your 1st and 2nd link do not work.
Peter_13 0 Posted September 29, 2004 Sorry, don't know why direct links don't work Use this http://tantal.kalashnikov.guns.ru/proindex.html Look for Page 20 &
orson 0 Posted September 29, 2004 Are all AK's made in the same factory / country ?
Jezz 0 Posted September 29, 2004 nope thats the main problem theyve been made in literlly hundreds of places
scfan42 0 Posted September 29, 2004 Those 1st and 2nd links worked fine for me... I'd also assume that you can't fold/unfold the AKMS stock with a magazine inserted. Is there a list of all the weapons you guys are planning on having in the 1.0 release? If it's posted already a page number would be helpful.

raedor 8 Posted September 29, 2004 Ah thanks for the explanation .Shame they can not be made with four crew. DKM did. but i don't think it's worth the work... the loader is only as cargo in there... it's good to see that it is possible to do, but it wasn't perfect.
