It's a design decision. I assume when BI went from the previous gear system with a fixed uniform / model for every unit class, they didn't bother implementing a proper functionality to re-texture anything other than the uniform model by script. Half of the belt is brighter than the other half on the Gendarmerie clothes. Wicking sections are different colors. Jesus, the skin sections don't even line up below the padded portion of the pants. 2nd ranger 282 Posted July 27, 2016 No, Syndikat are all wearing Chest Rig or Tactical Vest. I don't think the holster was really intended to be functional - that vest was made by Black Element and was probably just bought and thrown in as an additional piece of content.
