Iron Front in Arm3 LITE - preview versions

Specifically on Wespe is a problem due to the basic mod of IFA3 liberation. There is a conflict between the gun Wespe and Stuh from ifa3 lib. Will be fixed, after the weekend on weekdays.

It's just that I want to know if we can ever see that great job anywhere else

The Pegasus bridge looks a beauty! The octagonal Stop signs are glaringly wrong for WW2 era though, as they came to use in Europe only after the 1968 Vienna convention agreement (who doesn't love some historical nit-pickery, eh :P ) 

The earlier ones were round I think and with different color scheme. 

 

But still, it's a beauty.

I want to thank you for solving the problem of ROF of Mg42. Static Mg42 now works great! Both on the vehicles and the static versions.  Kju, you and team finally did it! As I wrote before, for me it was a big deal. It killed all atmosphere in game. Now it sounds sooo good, like a torn sheet, and this fantastic echo after the gunshots :icon_dj:

Now that you ask that... I can't be too sure myself :P 

Something to do with hanging out with some Belgian scale modeller guys way back in an after party of a history researchers conference and a bottle of wile cheap vodka. Good times :D

Hi folks..I am a little confused here :) I wanted to give IFA3 a try-never used it..but I cannot find a download link? This is a totally standalone thing right? I don't need to own Iron Front or anything?

You just need to download the full mod here:

It will run inside of ARMA 3.

 

There is another version that is broken up in the IF maps, I44 ported maps, the map objects and mod, which is the same as the above if you combine it. I believe that was just legacy so modders can download the maps to start to build missions. Its what I have actually so I can just load up some of the maps with objects and play with A3 mission assets but it works either way. The server keys SHOULD matchup but you never know this being ARMA .:D

 

The commercial version is not supported anymore but it has higher resolution textures due to being previously commercial. But fear not, modders are at work to remake textures and will take time.

 

You can also download the tons of additional addons such as Geist or LEN texture replacements but all you really need is the IF All in One Lite mod.

All it requires is  CUP Terrains_Core.

Ya you dont need IF for this, that was a version from 2015 where you had to use a tool that my former team created to convert the game to a mod, Kju done away with that, now its a download, install & play.

Note lots of new terrains in the mod too from Invasion 1944 as I44 team gave permissions to port their mod into a3 and through IFA3,

IF itself only had 5 terrains, now we have about 10 or more i think :) But mod is plug and play.

Hi to all! 

Does somebody know what is happening on Ardennes map? Do you see also this horizontal thin line when you are in vehicles? When on foot all is well. Another maps are working well also. 

 

P.S. With the camera mode this line is absent always.

The thin line was a previous issue fixed before the v23 hotfix, now that the mod has to revert some things its showing up again, so its nothing new, just an old bug reappearing.
