The 3D scope prototypes are AMAZING to finally see in ArmA (after all this time) and the performance with them seems fine. Honestly I'll keep using them even if it turns out the reticle can't be made more functional.

This is very nitpicky and it doesn't matter really but, are there any plans to upgrade the SR25's sounds? It sounds are lacking compared to the other weapons in the pack in my opinion. Either way it's one of my favorites, glad to have it. :)

The sounds for the SR25 haven't been made yet. The actual ones are just a placeholder.

Amazing indeed! My only feedback/complaint is that the aiming reticule is a little too thin/need more contrast/hard to see on the ELCAn and ACOG (thou the illuminated chevron makes up for it on the acog)... maybe thicken it a little?

Ohhh and the PIP image is horizontally distorted/compressed (like thishttp://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/536264428705367062/7AEA0430EA83421D11E0CCB533066D1A6279533C/ (169 kB) ) but a great achivement for RV engine, nonetheless!

Hope to see more modders getting on this trend =) (even the 2D version with magnification is great, as seen on some AGM WIPs)

I'm getting a horridble DL speed...I've been downloading for 5 hours and it still hasn't finished AFRF...and I've got USF to go....:(

Download speed is good here (~8.8 MB/s). Thanks for all your efforts getting these quick releases to us rather than delaying it over longer periods.

ASDG JR is not required & Robalo's configs should be removed as they may contain obsolote data

it's a beta update, there's a lot of WIP assets

http://www.rhsmods.org/updater -> read about what the versions mean. We dont call it Beta anymore. Pointless to call something that is 0.3.... beta or not beta. The word beta or alpha is more pertinent to code project because adding new things could affect stability of already done things, while new WIP content like the SPC vest in no way affects the Gaz-66 for example. So if the WIP content scares you just dont use it in your missions :)

Do it same way you would with the updaters. Just put them on the server and run.

Found the bug with MRT

if i change rail sys by using MRT the 3D scope just stuck at that location and can't see anywhere but only one like this

Thanks a lot RHS devs, you finally brought us the real 3D scope. And it would be a shame if BIS couldn't bring us 3D scope with the Maskman DLC releasing.

Nice 3D optics. Here's how I think you can improve the concept:

Reticle seem to be rendered in the PIP. Maybe it's possible to render the reticle on it's own texture in front of the PIP texture? That would probably make for a much cleaner and sharper reticle.

The PIP texture needs to be moved forward, in front of the optics, like the reticle on the holographic sights. This will better simulate eye relief. Right now, with the PIP texture inside the optics housing, you can watch it from an angle and it looks unrealistic. To actually see through a real sight, your eye need to be somewhat directly behind it, at an shallow angle.

I see the western weapons don't have that silly recoil advantage over their eastern counterparts anymore. Nice work.

So I made improved version of RHS Merge config by Rydygier. If anyone want RHS editor structure more Arma 2 like here is the link - GOOGLE DRIVE

Now it also changes vehicleClass to BI standart and changes name for every vehicle, so there are no duplicates and it's easier to navigate in editor and zeus. Also done for USAF, this config requires both mods.

In editor it looks this way:
