EricJ 765 Posted December 15, 2014 I honestly have no plans to change the position of the hands as it's again, a BIS anim and works quite well with the weapon. While there are real world theories regarding vertical foregrip placement, in the end it's a matter of user preference as well. Besides game-wise (like a lot of things) it doesn't make any difference as I could place the anim and foregrip twenty miles away from the weapon and it'll still shoot the same. That is in my opinion perfect, just perfect;) HK rifle looks great to, it got down just to personal preferences but that grip in SCAR is in ideal position to (animation case aside). Disappearing irons is a good call to espetially when player decides to mount something bigger on top rail like Leupold Mark 4 LR/T, AN/PVS-10 or AN/PAS-13. Outstanding work. Regards. EricJ 765 Posted December 15, 2014 I agree, I mean common sense dictates "just flip them down" but I like it so much clean without anything but a scope, so I'll stick with it for now. And that's one reason I decided to go with disappearing sights as you mentioned, they would clip and it would be a never-ending battle to get it "right" so I think once in my life I can live with it. I still have to add some more stuff to the stock (just a couple added furniture bits) but I think tomorrow I'll get it out and see what errors can be found. That s a great news and great update of the pack, BTW regarding catching up the errors I was writing it here sometime ago but not sure if it got lost in the traffic or not so I could be repeating myself - sorry;) AA12 HE ammo - it would be great if it s trajectory could resemble more of a projectile fired from the shotgun then arc of the hand grenade. that s it. it looked funny when I tried to hit target 50 meters in front of me using HE ammo and had to point the gun downward almost to my feet.:) Edited December 16, 2014 by Bolo861 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Since the weapon inherits from the base U100 then it shoots as if it's probably at 300m or more, so I'll have to adjust the zero on that with the Thompson values and that should fix that issue. ---------- Post added at 13:00 ---------- Previous post was at 12:32 ---------- And that seemed to be the problem, left it set at 75m and was hitting targets by simply aiming without having to put the barrel downwards. I hope it will help but it may be something unrelated. I missed everything this week...just got time to test the new MK20.And is that HK418 the SR-47? It s redux semi-fictional (not for long I think ) version of hk416 running on 7.62x39 made by Eric by my request same deal as SR-47 (apparently someone already made proper SR-47 for arma 3 I ve seen it on some server and screens of TRYK uniforms mod, but didn t released it to the public, so it s unavailable. Eric s HK version is next best thing). BTW I think that HK will release 416 version in 7.62x39 eventually - everybody does that with AR s this days starting from KAC, Colt and, SIG and finishing on Olympic Arms and PWS (the best conversion in my opinion). bolo861 166 Posted December 17, 2014 Thanks! I've been taking it rather slow lately, doing some other things to keep me busy so tomorrow I should slap on some iron sights and whatnot. And the muzzleflashes are working again so maybe I missed an update or so but it looks to being back to normal. Unfortunately muzzle flashes still don t work as intended, but if You have suppressor mounted on your weapon and You unmount it, the muzzle flashes magically appear. I don't know what the deelio is but I thought that it was working fine (but I did take off the muzzle flash suppressor so it did "work") but apparently still borked... maybe it's something i missed again but we'll see.
