samyg 3 Posted January 25, 2014 Question, is it possible to use hidden selection to make the front sights of the M16 and M4 to go away when fitted with an optic? Since optics are all 3D now, when an M16/M4 with a front iron sight is fitted with any sort of optic, the front sight interferes with it. So if you put an RCO on one, you can't use the bottom of the reticule. Now, I'm not sure if it's actually like this in real life but I do find it annoying so if there was a way fot it to be go away when an RCO/ARCO or any other type of optic is attached, that would be great. Just add tf_hasLRradio = 1; to config entries for vehicles with inbuilt long range radio (I think you know better which vehicles in your mod have radios). I am pretty sure ASM will be very popular, so I hope you can make life of lot of TFAR users (more than 300 servers) little happily:) Something like: class Some_AMS_Wheeled_Apc:Car { tf_hasLRradio = 1; }; Such future will be supported in next version of TFAR. Also, what kind of attachments are going to be on the weapons, the Arma 2 ones, or custom ones you have made?
