What are the chances of getting someone sitting perched on the back of the ramp such like in your signature?!

That will be available still as it was in ArmA2 :) Only on the Fixed Ramp Version though :D

Would be awesome if you can get out the helicopter inside it so you have to run out the back. They had that on the Canadian Armed Forces Chinook, only problem was it didn't work too well with like 20 guys in the back. With 5-10 it was perfect and a it's a million times better than just spawning outside it. Same would be nice when you get in, having to run up the ramp.

Will this be able to sling vehicles and ammoboxes and such? Any plans of implementing the ccrc script that you had in A2? BTW looks great, still one of my favorite addons from A2 alongside Rocket's CH53. :D

Just dreaming, but it would be outstanding if you could in the future add other versions of the chinook with some of the same capabilities ( scripts ). A proper scripted and textured Blackhawk would be cool to :)

This was how you disembarked in the Hardcore Version of it in ArmA2. I have yet to try it in ArmA3 though, so maybe if it works better than it did in ArmA2 I might just use it in the main ArmA3 version, will keep everyone posted on that option.

It should be able too, hopefully it will still use the same fast roping and Slingloading scripts that it did in ArmA2. Fingers crossed there be working correctly for ArmA3.

It already has red cabin lights ;) don't think it needs any more improvements on that issue :D

Here's what I was talking about HERE. The blades don't really bend, they pivot at the hub. What little bending of the blade there is, is about a third of the way from the center of the hub; as opposed to a quarter of the way from the tip.

Awesome work, just a little critique from someone who walks feet from Chinooks on a daily basis:

The main rotor doesn't droop while parked so much from the blades bending as from the spindle. I'd say 3 degrees from the hub would be about right. I'm not a Chinook maintainer/crewchief, so I couldn't tell you the exact number.

How low are those blades to the ground? the front looks like it's barely 6ft above the ground...

chinook rotor blades go down to 4 ft.

also the 160th chinooks have 2x 240 mounted machine guns on the back where the last winodw is. instead of a bubble window there is a large cutout with a 240 mounts.

SOURCE >>> i just fast ropped from a 160th chinook 2 weeks ago.

Is the chinook in the CAF mod based on yours? I swear it's virtually the same as the one I remember from A2....

Its 5 or so feet off the ground. I'd hit my face on it.

Too high for limbo, too low for rotor blades...

Yeah, It was brought up a few times and Konyo usually put it down as a 'maybe in the next version'

Thanks for keeping any eye out, however the Chinook they use is BIS's from ArmA2. Not mine :P
