Open up My Computer, go to that place and delete that file. Run it again.

You sure you're messing with the real config files? Userconfig\ACE ?

I am, and the key binds still doesn't work :(

Went around to test a little, and encountered the bug mentioned here: http://dev-heaven.net/issues/show/6419

It seems to occur in all ACE rifles so far, which have red-dot sights. The projections are also very faint against sunlit backgrounds.

I also have a GTX 260. At night, the sights work perfectly, though.

I tried that for mine and it still never worked.

Could it be due to using a 64bit version of windows for some reason?

There is some nice features in the mod, I really like the deploy for weapons, gasmask and HuntIR, and the models look great!

there are some small issues with the gasmask blocking you seeing the selected weapon and that sort of information in the corners. but thats minor stuff.

Grats with a great beta release A.C.E MOD Team!

Did you load @CBA mod ? Please ticket it, and if possible with your arma2.rpt:

Nope. You also don't see the six-updater.pid file as the text asks you to delete ?

No offense guys, but what's wrong with a simple installer and the standard @ shortcut method? The way you did it with A.C.E. 1 worked perfectly.

haha, i was about to say that.

Although, it works fine for me. I'm running the latest drivers, though.

No offense guys, but what's wrong with a simple installer and the standard @ shortcut method? The way you did it with A.C.E. 1 was good enough.

It will probably be updated constantly, therefore you need a system that can update everybody's ACE mod easily. (without releasing installer after installer..)

although SVN would of been nicer than this.. just my opinion.

Ok, got Weaponrest to work without interferance by binding it to Shift+ "L". Any other letter, and the original key command would come in as well ie. Shift + J, would weaponrest plus bring up the JOIN command. Meaning, the shift+whatever, the original command is not ruled out and messes up the new ACE feature.

The CQB sight hasn't worked with any binding but perhaps you have to be using a certain gun?

I installed the latest CBA manually (problems with installer) and had to move the Ace Userconfig into Arma2/userconfig so i don't know if anything got disrupted.

Great great work guys ! Work perfectly to me :)

Just a few question ;

- How do u use sunglass, gaz mask , ect... ?

- there is two gaz grenade, 1 doing visual injurie, and one more doing... nothing ? just explode ?

- ACEx will be update in the futur, i get it, but exclusively with ur production ? or some nice community addons will be added (and revisited ?) ? ( i think mh53, Scar,...)

Server has crashed about 5 times while playing now. We have been testing the ACE maps that came with ACE.

Any Ideas?

Could someone tell me what the parametres of the APFSDS for the T-90 are in the mod?...ie its hit factors etc.I'd like to match the ArmourPack to the ACE T-90's.Would that be possible?I could just guess and adjust ,but that would take trial and error.A set of numbers from ACE people would be quicker.:)

LOVE the new missle animations ,they work great on the pack.Its the little things

i can not get this 2 work one little bit i tryed everything you guys have told us to do not one work why is there no simple way?

this has been hyped up as the best mod and half my unit cant get there heads around the bloody thing kinda sad really

Verify the files. Our server runs for-ever since the past months, we do run the Beta though.

It might also have to do with incompatibilities with other mods / mods that ppl are using, .. possibly.

If you attach the server's rpt to an issue ticket in our tracker, I might be able to spot something in there.
