I seem to be having a problem on arma2's map duala. it seems like i am running on the ground but all the units on my team like ai or other players seem to be 12 feet in air and so are the buildings. can any one help me out ?

can any one help, i downloaded all the files there in my six updater and they are installed there and on the website link you go to but i press 23 to start the game and it says starting the game with -nosplash -nofilepatching -mod@Cba;@Ace;@Acex Warning: somthing went wrong starting app: beta/arma.exe how can i sort this out ?

i can not get this 2 work one little bit i tryed everything you guys have told us to do not one work why is there no simple way? this has been hyped up as the best mod and half my unit cant get there heads around the bloody thing kinda sad really
