Island Panthera for ArmA 2

Great island, its already on our server (LagZero) after reading so many good comments about it

v2.2 is coming out any day now, I've decided to skip v2.1 as its internal squad version only and we did very extensive tests yesterday :) here's a changelog:

Internal Beta v2.1:

- project now runs from 3 .pbo files (ibr_rn.pbo, ibr_plants.pbo and panthera2.pbo) no more CAA1 interference

- replace majority of planted trees with "ILuvGreen" ones to make a summer look

- removed palm tree from desert road

- fixed fence at Smugglers Airport entrance cutting in the small barrack

- added missing paas and removed errors like: hand_okna_ca.paa

- cut down couple of trees near town Most na Soci, nothing big

- added new villages of Livek and Radovna

- added small forests in couple of valleys

- improved make-shift runway in Bovec

- several road and terrain height fixes

STILL OPEN ISSUES:

- gas station Schnell doesn't explode, config bug

- no server keys added yet

- resolve bumpmapping issue with pebble texture (replace)

- further improvement of grassy fields in sat texture

- landing points ILS (need help with that, how to read coordinates and make config for all 4 big airports!)

Thank you OB, just what I've been looking for. Hopefully AI will at least know how to take off ;)

I also need to figure out how to put more airports into the config.

Just define more airports in the config. Check Sahrani config.

The only hard thing is to figure out coords to let AI / auto pilot not crash.

Ok, I'll be releasing v2.2 and now its the right time to tell me if you like any "architectural" changes in certain spots - do you need a space for helipad somewhere, idea where to make space to create a base/camp there, etc. Speak up.

Do you have any idea why SILVIE and ALICE didn't work in panthera? would be nice to have them active, so that the island wont seems too deserted

I think thats because I use only open buildings and BIS spawns folks at doors of closed houses, but I might be wrong. Maybe I have to set some new "markers", because even cars don't show up near villages? :/

I think the modules read class Names, which has these new name types like "FlatArea" etc (I have no idea, please refer utes/chernarus class names).

When will we likely see the release of 2.3 ? and will there be a separate update file for it instead of the whole new install?

There are still open issues before I can release v2.3:

- *fix config so gas station "Schnell" and "army fuel stations" can explode

- *resolve bumpmapping gfx error in pebble and field texture

- remove grass from tarmac in three airports

- check AI landing/takeoff points for all major airports

- connect a island on SouthWest surrounded by river to the "continent" with bridges, roads and new big settlement.

- config and intro-logo fix stating v2.3 in select island screen

- sign files (server keys) for admins

- add bonus mission Crooks v1.3 for Chernarus & Panthera!

* = help appreciated!

It will be available as full version only, since there were too many changes.

Still looks Awesome IceBreakr! Someone help this Artist, can´t wait for a signed version to bring some AAS-Missions to this sweet spot.
