Err, that's the new version which also includes sqm parsing, currently I think only i0n0s has it, so yeah, that's what you're missing.

pft.. the interface i0n0s uses is much more clearer to use than the vbs2 interface imho.

To use it in MP, either for cooperative mission design or for DM, it will require special maps. Examples of those maps will get added to the release.

Will it be possible to execute scripts at way points or create triggers as in the 2d editor? So, for example, will I be able to run an ejection script or start units in vehicle cargo, or man static weapons?

You know what would be awesome is to have a slider bar where you can control where in the movement the units are. Then by pulling back the slider the units move backwards through their movement pattern. similar to watching a youtube video and being able to rewind it through the film but not necessarily all the way back to the beginning.

I'm sorry if this has already been asked. In my RTE Capture there is not the option to merge with SQM do I need an updated version or is that version not avaliable yet for ArmA?

One question to I0n0s :

Do you think it would be possible to use the RTE editor for camera work in cutscene creation, like this :

- place a "camera object" (Camcorder model or seagull for instance) in 3D,

- give it waypoints to move from one place to another

- Edit the altitude/orientation/zoom at each waypoint

- export all the data to intro.sqm or script ?

It would make intro/outro creation so much easier.

Hi, I'm not experienced in movie making, so I don't know what you require exactly and how that works.

If someone tell it to me, I should be able to implement it.

What is the current status:

I'm currently subtitling the videos, then I'm waiting on an improved version of the manual and another video.

Both will be here this evening and then all your dreams will be fulfilled   tounge2.gif

Hmm, how I'm going to tell it to you? A little of complicated and scary. It is finally out... I better not thinking about the things I forgot in the manual and all the unknown bugs that may be in the RTE. It don't have all the features I liked to add, but hey, after revision 3, there can be a revision 4.

I think I should stop talking at that point because you will just skip that "Bla Bla Bla" and directly search for "Download". Ok, "Download" will only appears twice in this text  nener.gif but then you start scrolling and still skip this text.
