But I don't see a direct way to download it, seems as though it makes me stream the video first. My connection isn't fast enough to stream a decent quality video so I prefer to just download it.

30 seconds? I think if you dont buy fraps you can record as long as you want, but you will have annoying FRAPS watermark

Well here goes:

I use FRAPS in the game to record orig video. But this file

almost always get so big its hard to handle.

So i use the "Quick Video Converter" to compress the

file to mpg fomat.

Then i use the divX converter to "downsize" even more.

I got a 1.3GB orig avi/fraps file down to 45Mb divX form.

There sould be a loss in quality when the film is done.

I apologize for briefly taking this off-topic, but going from the FRAPS codec (which is lossless) to MPEG (which is lossy) and then transcoding again to DivX (which is also lossy) results in a needless loss of image quality.

You're better off staying with the FRAPS codec while you edit, and transcode to your final delivery format at the very end.

divX converter isnt converting AVI/videofiles.

So i dont know how to convert from FRAPS

to divX.

There is a free program called VirtualDUB, it should be able to do it.

Hi all, I ll be working on a new ArmA vs star wars, A much better one hopefully, it will some time to do.

I try to put better effects in too. I am still leaning how to use

FXhome effects software for now, but getting there.

This weird bug happened to me in ArmA when I ran against a window with 4x speed. The bad sound quality makes it even funnier, sounds like a cat dying or something... :P

Nice video editing, but random voice..... at first was hard to read subs. and listen to rasndom voice not related to subs....  

most of random voices and all this bull shit bout Zona, lab X16,17 and bunker was tankig from STALKER. actualy all voices completely out of movie line. only backround voices can be attached to battle.

but i give credit for video, made it very nice.

going back home to Trinidad in October (internet is nearly non-existent down there)

Not at all. Even at 81 players it was still running smoothly for us.
