Your picture is very nice Mr. Burns. But my vote goes to 'the other mr. burns'; Arch with picture 9. You were close to beating him though.

If I was to analyse the choice with #5, I'd say it is influenced by movies too much. This amount of blue is only seen on Hollywood night pics, so sorry guys, terrible choice IMO.

Burns' pic had a nice sneaking-feeling to it and Gollum's a nice atmosphere... But Arch's was the prettiest one (and fits best in this category), it's a really nice WW2 picture.
