Tim Pink 0 Posted February 6, 2004 *Tim slowly creeps up to Tigershark and places a high dosage of hallucinagenics in his coffee which makes him want to display heaps of incredibly mouth watering pictures of the Pavehawk to the OFP community* Tim

Gollum1 0 Posted February 6, 2004 Don't you already have enough pics? More screenshots won't get you closer to playing with the addon, and if you just want to admire the helicopter, look at some real-life pics. Some people just have too much time on their hands. pong2cs 0 Posted February 6, 2004 I'm not quite sure I get it yet. How much different will the Pavehawk be, in terms of usage within OFP, compared to the Blackhawk?
TeRp 1 Posted February 6, 2004 This is already discussed in this topic - would be nice if you read it.
Ironsight 1 Posted February 7, 2004 A small question between the lines, maybe it is a nice idea if you make a blackhawk medivac. Shouldn't require much time only put some red crosses on the old blackhawk and an anim that passengers lie on their back when in cargo. Something like the picture below: Maybe worth to make
dm 9 Posted February 7, 2004 The UH-60 Dustoff is actually a very different aircraft inside. It has a lot of storage for medical supplies, and some specialised avionics to allow it to fly in ALL weathers (not quite so special in modern times, but when they were new, it was) Anyho, we have plans for one, but it won't come to anything for a looong time yet. I am aware of the versatility of the blackhawk (only want it to see it with the red crosses ) Too bad that it takes so long Anyway have trust that there are going to be some nice other things about to be released
Messiah 2 Posted February 7, 2004 theres an old dustoff in the ofpec addons area.... just a retextured BIS model
Holy Smoke 0 Posted February 7, 2004 Just a question. The Satcom radio featured on latest BAS units is defined as a secondary weapon and has its magazine. Well, don't know if this was answered when the Delta-Ranger pack was released, but żis it possible to detect via script that the radio has "fired"? żis it possible to make a unit under your command fire it? I mean I'd like to give a true meaning to the radio as a vital com system in missions, instead of the featured radio via key commands 0-0-x. Then, lose your radio operator and you have to carry the hardware, lose the hardware and you're incomunicated. If this is not possible now, I'd love a future release featuring it. Regards. At the moment it is down to the mission editer to define features such as that, but we are planning some sort of inbuilt system for the updates that will make the SATCOM radio a much "nicer" and more useful weapon to have than say, an AT-4 or a heavy machinegun
bmgarcangel 0 Posted February 7, 2004 I got a question about the satcom thing. What unit has it. Plus how do you even use it???
Gollum1 0 Posted February 7, 2004 The radio operator, and it can't directly be used, it can be used to check if you have it in a mission and can use a radio to call in an airtstrike etc. but there is no integrated way to actually radio with it AFAIK. dm 9 Posted February 7, 2004 I got a question about the satcom thing. Â What unit has it. Â Plus how do you even use it??? The Delta and Ranger "RTO" (Radio Telephone Operator) units have the SATCOM. Currently it serves no purpose othe than eyecandy, unless the mission editor has added scripts to his/her mission which require the radio.
GoOB 0 Posted February 7, 2004 Is there any probability what BAS would release a small config only update to the Deltas and the Rangers? I would love to see them use JAM mags but I am too lazy, and or too pressed for time when I use the mission maker to manually add the old BIS weapon models wich use JAM mags. booradley60 0 Posted February 8, 2004 Has anyone else experienced trouble with the Government Sniper in the TonalOPFOR pack? When I look through the scope the view flashes back and forth from zoomed in to zoomed out. When I hold NumPad+or- the fluctuations stop, but when I release the button they resume.
