Well it's official, wonder why the forum name hasn't been changed yet ? On the subject, it makes sense now with Armed Assault, seeing as they can now continue that franchise instead of trying to keep the Flashpoint name. Though I have to say, the pictures look somewhat different compared to the "Game 2" pictures we saw a while back showcasing the (O)V-22 and Bell 512 (I think) during some desert action.

Yes, give us statistics. I hate "user-friendly"-ness with all that "easy-on-the-eye" crap...

I'm curious about this too, naturally people with the full game would probably need to install the SahraniLite island, but is it possible to make the games compatible at all ?

\\My Documents\ArmA Other Profiles\Your-Profile\face.jpg Place it as such, an option called Custom Face should appear near the top in the profile editor.

I figure you do not have ArmA yet ? Because there is no such thing as hatch viewports. You see the outside world on a tiny screen infront of you. And no, clicking the ironsight ( right mouse ) key does nothing. Basically it is not possible to navigate with closed hatches while 3rd person perspective is disabled. That's why I made this post. I can hold the + key to zoom in on the cockpit to see it a little bit bigger, but I get a cramp in my hand when doing that for more than 5 minutes lol I beg to differ. http://the-bobcat.dk/pics/stryker_view.jpg http://the-bobcat.dk/pics/stryker_view2.jpg

Germans aren't all too silly, on their forum they found out that it can run fine while in safe mode. Though this can't possibly be a long-term solution.

You should be able to use the hatch viewports at least by pressing your iron sight key...

I updated to the latest (3.62, was running 3.51), no change. My copy is bought boxed (through BuyArmA.com). Same error.
-
Here is the exact error along with the CRC of the files. I don't have a faulty connection, I don't have AV programs or firewalls that could interfere, my machine isn't infected with anything. It's specs are: 2.4 Ghz P4 2048 Mb Ram Radeon X800 Pro AGP Windows XP Pro SP2 with latest updates. Here's a DxDiag if anyone could make use of it: http://the-bobcat.dk/DxDiag.txt Edit: A reinstall of the game did not help.

Having the same problem, says the patch is corrupt, and I'm 100.1 % confident that it's not my computer that is the problem. My version is also the German boxed.

Let BIS make the engine, the community creates the game.

I could care less about jumping. I'd prefer a universal ability to climb/scale any obstacle (within reason).

I believe it was stated somewhere that they are doing something similar, unfortunatly I can't provide a source off the top of my head. But the idea was that rather than having a billion and one weapon configurations selectable on a per-gun basis, you'd have 1 gun with a billion and one different configurations, if you get my point... -
Yes, it will work, but don't expect to crank up details completely.
