So to make it clear: when downloading the actual version i can delete the whole content of previous version, correct?

Is there a Patch how it was the last time (for fixing Scenario Selection i think) or is this already included then?

Glad to see this update, I'm using this mod for quite a time now, and I'm trying to convince our community to move on it. Can't wait to see more and more new features you are planing to bring to us. ;)

The file name has no relevance to the game - the inner prefix is what matters.

I appreciate your time. Here's what I'm finding...

With the new AiATP update, I get no start up errors (unlike before) until I'm in game (which isn't related to your stuff). Here's the .rpt:

When running Arma3Sync, I get the same two errors before the game can even run. Obviously something is causing issues, but I can't figure out where it is (or more accurately, I'm just not smart enough). Here's the latest A3Sync .rpt:

Also got some random SMD error msg walking around in the city somewhere, but why? I dont see any SMD buildings besides the big huge apartments I guess, I am still confused as to how SMD factored in here.

Just to be more specific about the bug I found , I fixed the link to that img it wasnt working, but this image here :

It shows that those SMD apartment blocks that are tall, they are floating like a good 20-30 feet above the ground, totally unplayable buildings right now because they are totally fucked up.

It shows that those SMD apartment blocks that are tall, they are floating like a good 20-30 feet above the ground, totally unplayable buildings right now because they are totally fucked up.

The not reading and getting mad seems to be a theme ;)

The 4 story one's are sunk in the ground too.

I guess I will have a look to see if I can change the building for this project, but truth is, all those brick apartment buildings need to be re-done AGAIN...

I've started to put together a better list of the SMD Buildings that kju should be able to use that won't cause any issues on other terrains.

Half ontopic: The maps in this package do not hold infantry units, vehicles etc., correct? I'm asking, because I use e.g. Chernarus in MCC mod. MCC shows more factions because of this mod, e.g. USMC(West), but has empty lists. Is there an easy way for me to get these soldiers? Or will I have to use AiA (not an easy way IIRC)?

While I'd like enterable buildings on Chernarus, I'd wager to say that 95% of Arma gameplay is in the open, so I sincerely strongly doubt that Chernarus will die any time soon, and if it does, it isn't going to be because of buildings :-)

FATA sounds really awful in Daytime, especially near Villages and in Nighttime is´t completley quiet, not a single wind at all ^^

You have to disable your mods one by one to find out.

Make sure to disable @chernomist and @RDS_A2_IslandFixes.

Plus get the A3 version of @fata.

As for Arma3Sync - contact the author. He probably does some black magic

that fails here.

Yes. RPT has no relevant entries from your mod' date=' but MCC still says e.g.: "factions: [bin\config.bin/CfgFactionClasses/CIV'] - [CIV] - [Chernarus] - [3] - [CIV] - []"

Anyone having an error free Namalsk? If so, how did you do it? I think it creates error messages also for other maps. Most obviously I get a "zeppelin32" font error. There's a lot of possibilities, there's a Namalsk standalone, but later versions are in Namalsk Crisis. A3MP had Namalsk fixes in their additional pack. Also, Namalsk Crisis has e.g. mutants which are not needed... This is such a great island and I wish this could be included without errors....

Hah, but look now. A lot of shadows until almost the end of setovercast level. This is also the case for other islands, like Namalsk or Thirsk.

Maybe also have a look at what the guy @gdsn_islandlightingfixes did, I think he solved it for a3mp, but I am not sure (have deleted A3MP).

gdsn_islandlightingfixes are makeing the lighting look like a2 lighting, thats not the approach of the lighting config i made for chernarus.

p.s. its not that it is not possible to make the shadows disapear nor is it unclear how to do it.

Hey, if you want error free namalsk, there is lite version of it on pws (@namalsk_lite). And then if you use my A2 fix config with it - http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?182032-ASCZ-A2-Map-Fixes-%28for-A3MP-AIA%29 it will fix most of other issues. ;)

hi kju !

i see in the changelog this : A3 style grass to Chernarus

but i checked the mod ,and i can't see any arma 3 grass in chernarus map , i don't now if the grass is in just a specific area or probably there is a problem on my side ?

and what is the files concerned by this modification ? i can probably delete them and redownload !
